A fairly good selection of bourbons. Prices average, standard pours are small 2oz. I have found other places in GR with interesting bourbons with two and three finger pours for the same prices or less. The atmosphere was comfortable. We didn't eat so I can't comment on the food. What I liked most was the friendly and accommodating staff.

Amazing service! Ian was our bartender and he made sure we had a unique experience by introducing us to Megan, the owner, after said we wanted to try something we had never had before. She proceeded to ask us a series of questions and then proceed to make a pour based on our answers. She did awesome, as we tried two new bourbon we have never had and enjoyed the bourbon as well. This is a must stop if you enjoy sipping bourbon!

My wife and I dined at One Bourbon for the first time. Great choice by us. Brittany, our server, was fabulous. She thoughtfully answered our menu questions and her suggestions were spot on. Delicious, plentiful cheese curds for our appetizer, followed by the Ahi tuna for my wife, and I had the pulled pork sandwich with a generous portion of fries. All fantastic. Highly recommend.
