Hey, I wanted to give a shout out to the manager Byron. I had a little issue and he approached me to fix it. No questions ask very nice guys. I love the way he runs his restaurant everybody there means well great place to bring your family enjoyable atmosphere. Definitely recommend most place to anybody.

I took my fiance there yesterday which was November 24th 2025. It was for his birthday. We ordered our food and the food was good I had to use the restroom so on my way back I noticed a real foul sewage smell and the restaurant. It made me really really sick to my stomach. I addressed it to the server and she said she would bring it to the manager's attention. The manager did come over she did not say one word about the sewage smell. I had to bring it to her attention and she acted like it was no big deal. Probably can't really smell the smell because of all the cooking going on. Or being in the restaurant for so long you just don't smell it. It was a bad experience and needless to say after we left I threw up my food because I couldn't get the smell out of my nose. I have never ever had a bad experience there until yesterday. Kind of ruined his birthday a little bit.🎉🥺

Veteran's meal, & especially the customer service, was perfect. The sirloin was cooked so perfectly, it felt like I was eating another cut of steak that I prefer over sirloin. Delicious. The host & server both thanked me for my service, which I usually feel awkward about, but it made me feel special & not like a freeloader. :)

Staff is always nice! If you have to wait it's not long and they have a bar you can sit at if you want. Steaks are always cooked to perfection, the ribs are amazing! My wife loves the 2 lobster tails, they are cooked well with good flavor. The atmosphere is fairly quiet even when they are busy. Overal,l good people, good food, and it doesn't break the bank.

**Exceeded Expectations** awesome experience! My crispy chicken sandwich with cheese fries were outstanding. Warm, fresh and delicious. By the way: this was curbside takeaway (super fast, too!) BIG Shoutouts to the chefs & staff. How do they know I love outback ranch so much? Included extra cups w/o asking! Thank you, Alpine Outback Crew!!!

I'm on the fence about the 3 star rating, on one hand i want to go lower because we were really annoyed by the fact we had to wait 20 minutes from the time we got our bloom onion to when we got our beef courses. Hot fried onions would of been good with a hot steak. Having to wait 20 minutes along with the fact that the restaurant was freezing. Most everyone was eating with their coats and big sweatshirts on, uncomfortable. Had to be low 60's and the bathrooms were in the 30's. We heard the people sitting next to us ask waitress about it being so cold, no real answer, just a big 'ole chuckle. We asked for our salads first, they were the last thing to show up, and one of them had no dressing, she said she'll go grab the dressing, never saw her again. Waiter never stopped back to check on us, never refilled our water glasses. When they dropped off the burgers and steaks at the table we asked for steak sauce and mustard and catsup, never saw him again either. We understand the restaurant business has changed and the owners are busting ass to try to do the right thing and stay competitive but when i spend over $130 for a late lunch with a few friends it's hard to overlook obvious oversights.

This is now the third time I've ordered steak for delivery and the steak arrived not what I ordered. I always order rare. At least this time it was medium rare. Y'all literally have a cheat sheet that tells you how to cook it, and it never arrives rare. The first two times it arrived medium well. The center should be red and hard to cut... I'll go to Logan's from now on. The salad and fries mushrooms were delicious and perfect though.
