This was the absolute BEST meal I’ve had out in a long time! Almost didn’t try it since our last Outback meal was at the Grandville location and was not good at all! Friendly service, quick service and outstanding food made for a great night. Our server was Dianna and she was so kind and right on time of it! We appreciated her very much. We WILL be back soon!!Vegetarian options: Their veggies both their broccoli and mixed are perfectly cooked as well.

Am never going here again! Out of 5 meals had to send 3 back. Steaks extreme rare even after second attempt. Inedible! Then talked with manager and still did not receive 1 discount or free food. Horrible experience!

I’m blown away with the declining value in food, service, and atmosphere here now compared to just even a few years ago. I should have known when I walked in around supper time and there was no wait at all. We received salads without any dressing, couldn’t flag anyone down to save my life, eventually another server strolled by and we asked him for 2 sides of ranch for our salads but it was like pulling teeth. Then the food came right out, never seen sautéed mushrooms come in a bowl of sauce before though, a little weird. Steak was OK, not much flavor and didn’t melt in my mouth like every other time I went to this place. I also don’t understand why plates aren’t ever picked up by employees? Even a manager came by to ask how steak was and she didn’t even clear the dirty plates from end of table which makes me wonder if the lack of integrity stems from the top there now
