Normally very happy with the food. This time not so much a got an Italian sub no dressing. But it was soggy inside the bread seemed really doughy. Supposed to have lettuce and diced tomatoes lettuce was fine but only had maybe 5-6 small diced tomatoes and they were clumped together on

When calling to place an order for delivery, the woman on the phone complained about the distance to deliver. (We live around 10 minutes away). We were going to leave a generous tip because we do not get delivery often and we appreciate delivery drivers. She complained about how far we were and how she did not want to deliver to us. This location was somewhere that we frequented but are now happy to not give any business to.

We ordered the Greek salad and want to say, if they ran out of fixings they should have said so because for $14 the salad delivered was a child size portion which is unacceptable.

We ordered lunch for a customer meeting from Palermo's and it was DELISH! They were timely, easy to work with, and the guy that helped us out carried a few loads into the conference room for us - he went above and beyond instead of just dropping it off at a door. Very helpful and nice - the pizza was great and the salad & dressing options were yummy too!

I tried to order online their website directed me to some other place called "slice" the auto fill put in the wrong street direction. The delivery guy called on his personal cell phone instead of the business. I never got pizza, when I called the resaurant I got yelled at and hung up on TWICE! Ended getting a refund from "slice". Palermos was so rude I'm never using them again!
