We have been to Palio often. Unsure if it’s a Management issue or what, but the Restaurant seems to fall apart when they’re busy. We arrived a little after 7pm Saturday evening and were immediately seated and it already felt “off”. 14 mins/30 seconds later, our Server came to our table for the first time. She was very sweet and apologetic for the delay in getting to our table. We ended up ordering drinks/soup/salad and entrees all at the same time. Not more than 5 minutes later, my Lasagna and my Husbands Soup was brought out. The man in the tie was rushed and quickly left our table. My Husband and I looked at each other, thankful that we received some food so quickly, but was wondering if my salad and his entree were going to come out. Later our Server stops by to see how things are and notices my Husband doesn’t have his Entree. She apologizes and a few minutes later she came with his Entree and my Salad. Food there is always great, but we’ll be taking a break from going to Palio for a while. When we do go again, we’ll be sure it’s just during the week now as this wasn’t the first time we’ve had issues there on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

Very poor service. The general manager, Will lies about wait time. Tells you four minutes and ends up being around 40 minute wait. Will, treats people like they are trash. Very rude and passive aggressive language.

Will, the General manager lied to us told us four minute wait and end up being 20+. When I inquired as to what was taking so long, he came up with a lie saying that the food had a mistake and they had to remake it.

This was my first time to palio and I think it has just become my new favorite special place to go. I had the sausage gnocchi and my husband had the short ribs. Both meals were outstanding! It was warm cozy and comfortable on a cold winter. Our waiter was informative and helpful, giving us great recommendations. I also liked that they validated parking in the Hampton inn parking lot

We were so excited to eat there this weekend . Food looked amazing, smelled fantastic. We had reservations, and got sat when we arrived. Took a LONG time for the anyone to get with us. Eventually the manager took our table. They were turning away tables, which shocked me! A group of our friends tried to come and they said they couldn’t accommodate them, even though the pace had many open tables at 7:30 on a Friday night.
So with the manager being pulled in many directions, the service was lack luster. The food had great eye appeal, but left lots to be desired. Even the kids didn’t like the food. I normally don’t leave reviews like this, but in today’s world- money is money. A appetizer, Two adult and 2 kids meals yielded a $150 dinner with tip. I felt it was expensive and left a lot to be desired.

First time coming here, and our group really enjoyed it. We had a big group of 8, and they were easily able to accommodate it. The service was wonderful, and food was delicious. I usually get heavy based pasta, but I thought the shrimp scampi pasta looked delicious, and got that instead. It did not disappoint! We also got desserts, and they were good. I think it’s better than some pasta place in the area that gets more hype, we will be back! My friend also said they have a good happy hour selection!

Excellent. Love the eggplant parm. They deserve better than a 4.4. Unfortunately delivery is not currently an option, so I only get it once every few months or so. Let's get delivery unlocked so I can get it more often!

While the food was amazing, it was disappointing to see that there's a 3% 'convenience fee' added to your final bill - it is not mentioned anywhere on the menu and they said it is to account for rising prices. So you order expecting to pay one price and the final bill is higher - there has to be a better way to manage this situation than surprise pricing.

Wonderful experience! We ordered so many things and everything was DELICIOUS. From the focaccia bread to the fettuccine to the tiramisu I absolutely chowed! The service was AWESOME, they even brought a hand-written birthday card signed by the staff. I can’t wait to come back and try more! 10/10 experience!
