The food is alright but the service here is extremely poor.
Waiting 10 plus minutes for your order that was ready, but none of the workers want to actually call out the orders names or what the item is at least so we can come up and get our food.

Having to sit there and individually watch every single workers hands to see if they have your item because they can't just say your name is ridiculous.

Some of us are working and have places to go.

Baguette was flat. Clearly a sign of over proofing the bread. Service lacked due to it being understaffed. Like where is the designated cashier. I waited 10 minutes before I realized you put a kiosk in. And the ai on the kiosk straight up deadnamed me and just added to the bad experience. Like by using that name I felt like you guys are collecting more information than just a payment. Atmosphere sucked it was dark, unsettling, spooky quiet. Like are you a restaurant or did you give up and become a crappy fastfood chain like Olga’s?

I ordered a caprese sandwich as part of pick 2 set me back 14 dollars, half a sandwich with a very thin slice mozzarella cheese, barely taste the balsamic vinegar and tasteless olive oil, thin slice of not so tasty tomato. For that price, I expect a little more, definitely not worth it. Very expensive sandwich, just go to a full service restaurant, which not that more expensive but you have a lot better quality sandwich. If you want to save with better value, go to Subway

It’s always relatively clean inside but the employees are so incredibly patronizing. There are a couple team members specifically that seem to be upset by having customers inside their establishment. It completely kills the vibe every time I get my order (or maybe I should say every time I wait by the counter and get ignored) , possibly some training issues or they’re burnt out. (Or it’s time to get out of customer service)

First off, food was delicious! Service left much to be desired. Granted, I don't visit Panera that often, so this might be the way they are now, but we did not have a single employee say a word to us the entire time we were there. We walked in, stood at the counter for a few minutes. An employee walked by and smiled at us but did not attempt to take our order. We found the tablet to place an order ourselves and did that. We sat ourselves and waited for our food to get done. When our food was ready, we received a text, and went up to the counter to pick it up ourselves. Then after we were done, we took care of our garbage and tray. Like I said...maybe this is just the way Panera is...but for how much you are paying for the food, it was a slightly underwhelming experience.

Bagels are delicious, although I ordered from door dash today + very disappointed, I asked for butter for bagels + to have them sliced along with a cup of ice water. No water was brought + bagels weren't sliced. I specifically asked to have bagels sliced as I've had done in the past, + the Door Dash driver said Panera is responsible for that. I also looked at the receipt + it said unsliced bagels, which I am not sure why it would have said that. The breakfast sandwich was terrible, even though hot, it had minimal bacon + cheese - enough to see it slightly but not enough to eat, this is very disappointing - I will not be ordering from this store again - for paying nearly 30$ for this order its absolutely not right@! Please send me a refund!@ I called the store + the worker said I'll have to take it up with door dash, that doesn't make sense because panera is the one who processed the order, don't order their breakfast sandwich for 8$ not worth it. Thanks
