A lady named Cassie helped me and she really brought light to my day she should be treated very kindly if your reading this go show cassie some love at panera bread if you want a delicious cinnamon crunch bagel made by one of their respectful employees i just love panera bread!!!!

Five stars! Taylor took excellent care to assist me with an allergy concern. Panera always hits, but getting above-and-beyond service on top of top-tier food is a lock at this location. Thank you Taylor, you're a rockstar!!

This morning I stopped to get an egg and cheese sandwich. Ate it on my way to work. About an hour later I started feeling nauseous, my stomach got hard and I started having chills. Then about hour 2, I started to feel pain in my stomach and then my body turned achy and I became weak. I vomited a few minutes later at work and had to lay on the floor because I was too weak. After vomiting 3 more times, all it came out was the egg and cheese sandwich, I had not eaten anything for 14 hours, I decided to call Panera to let them know that they should check the cheese because of what happened to me. The woman on the floor told me that it could not have been them because if it was a lot of people would have gotten sick as well. Surprised with her lack of empathy, I told her that it was possible that people may associate vomiting to something else, I happened to not have eaten for multiple hours (intermittent fasting) she argued with me even though she said she didn’t want to argue, she cut me off saying she understood what I said. I told her that I knew she understood me, we were both speaking English, but I was expecting empathy not just a dismissal of what I had gone through. I called out her attitude toward a well intended complaint and she became extremely defensive, I asked to talk to a manager and she said she was the manager. I asked to talk to someone else and she put me on hold for a few seconds and then hanged on me. I called twice again and no one picked up. I know a lot of young people work there, I’ve seen attitudes but this lady took it to a different level. Do better. I visit this restaurant often for years, this was new and very disappointing

Kelly is awesome! Came in with a toothache. She was gentle and kind, changed the bread to softer bread and gave the best recommendations. The soup was delicious. Thanks Kelly for being awesome.

Made an online order and all I did was add an additional protein to my breakfast sandwich. The additional protein cost $2 to add to the sandwich and I get home and find only one protein on my sandwich (no sausage, there was supposed to be sausage and bacon).

When I went back to have them correct this, they couldn't even remake the sandwich all they did was offer to give me the sausage patty for my sandwich which I had only taken two bites out of and had to stop eating to come back and show them that they had forgotten a protein for it.

I really don't know what to say besides the fact that I actually like the food here but paying almost $10 for a breakfast sandwich because I wanted bacon added to my sausage sandwich and having to come all the way back here from my home not eating the entire time wasting my time leaves me with this two-star review.

Very disappointed. I will not be returning.

UPDATE: I have returned home and discovered that we don't have the cream cheese for the bagel we ordered. Reducing to one star.

Nice variety of foods well prepared.

The straws are too weak for the lids. Thicker gauge plastic on the straws would fix it.

Decided to stop for breakfast during a road trip and the employees had amazing customer service!
