$17 for a bagel and mac & cheese. Also forgot the cream cheese and just had the bagel in the bag touching the recipe and everything else. I mean if it’s that expensive I would hope it would actually be made right.

Placed an order of 2 types of sandwiches for a party 3 days in advance, so they are aware of the order and sufficient staffing can be provided to make 16 sandwiches.
On the day of the order pick up, I received a message that the other is running late. Once the order was ready for a pickup, none of the sandwiches were labeled! When asked for labeling, the work was done reluctantly and in a sloppy manner: a third of the sandwiches were left unlabeled, and half of the labeled ones the content didn't match the label! Very unprofessional place, would not recommend. The food was edible but not more than that
Ordered a toasted bagel and cream cheese. Told me they would not put the cream cheese on bagel and did not tell me price. Got to the window and was told price was $4. Which is way too expensive otherwise I would have not gotten it. The bagel was rock hard and cold when I received it. Not sure what’s happened to Panera with their quality and prices recently but I will not be returning.
