My husband has Celiac Disease. He loves your Restaurant and the food is so good! And safe for him! Thank you!! š©·
My girlfriend is celiac so we stopped to eat here. We both absolutely loved the place, their food was fantastic! It was all fantastic! So nice to be able to get gluten free fried food! I had the pulled pork sandwich and it was fantastic, along with the huge mozzarella sticks! We will be back!

We are thrilled to have a dedicated Gluten Free restaurant! And one that serves the fried foods that are hard to find elsewhere. Eating out is always a struggle with celiac in our family. So it's great to eat here and not worry about cross contamination.

Owner is very friendly and actually cares about the food you eat. Clean establishment. You order at the front and pick up at the front but can still sit down and eat like a dining establishment. Chili was ok but the burgers and fries were very good.

My boyfriend has celiacs and struggles to trust food from restaurants. Coming here, we were super excited to hear that it was completely gluten free. The food was amazing and so was the service, definitely plan to come again !
Newly diagnosed GF and eating out is SO challenging and frustrating. I had heard of this place but had tried and today wanted a meal I didn't have to stress/worry about. It did NOT disappoint!
Ordered olive burger fries and pickles
I'd ask for pickles to be crispy next time but taste was on point!
Support small business when you can- its not easy owning a business and this one is putting in the work!

Got the olive burger (I'll ask for more sauce next time) and it was FANTASTIC. Really amazed with a bun that wasnt dry and didn't fall apart.
The fries for sure hit the spot! Great taste and crispyness
And I ordered fried pickles (they are chips which I prefer not spears). The fried pickles I loved the taste of but will ask for crispy next time as they were weak, not sure how else to describe. Texture wise it wasn't what I was looking for but taste wise it was!!
Support small business when you can! This place is putting in the effort and WELL worth it!

Gluten Liberty! The food is good. It is a super bright and cheerful place.
- The Cheezy Burg - $16: Only comes cooked to 165ĀŗF. The patty was thick and juicy, medium to high quality. I am guessing one-third or half pound in size (probably half pound). I could tell the burger was very professionally made. It said it was juicy and it was. The cheese was melted just right. I am not usually a fan of cheddar on my burger, but this was pretty good.
The toppings were a good balance. I asked about the Burg sauce and they reported it was a special blend of ketchup, mustard, and mayo. I have not seen it pre-mixed before, but I thought it was a great idea and it kept the toppings less complicated.
The bun was gluten-free. It was probably about one or two notches above what youād expect from gluten-free. It had the same tastes, but was well thought out to compensate for flavors that are needed. I believe I tasted honey as a sweetener (which is common for gluten-free). Overall, for what it was, it was great!
- Fries - (comes with burger): Amazing! A little too much salt, but the flavor combinations were astounding! One thing probably missed by those restricted by gluten-free options is the battered fries. These are a wonderful alternative. The textures are all there and the flavor matches spot on. There are a few other underlying spices that add robust excitement.
The pictures I took did not do it justice. There were more fries than what appears in the picture.
- Chili (bowl) - $4 (half off for the week): Won second place in a contest that week and was therefore half off for the week. The deal has expired, though. I agree with the judges, it was fantastic! I would gladly pay full price, though the amount you get is a bit small (though it is comparable to many other restaurants).
It did have some kick, though. I greatly enjoy spicy food, so this was excellent for me. My wife did mention it was a bit much for her. The blend was spot on. It was not just a kick, it had full flavor, very savory, and not deluded in the least. The meat and bean mix was just right. The cheese was objectively right on (though some may disagree due to preferences).
- Mozzarella Stix - $10: My wife ordered these, but I stole a taste. There is a lot of breading to these compared to some other mozzarella sticks. The cheese was very gooey and delicious. They are fairly thick. A little on the pricey side.
The menu had a couple of differences than what was on the website. The Mozzarella Stix were $10 and the website had it listed as $9. The Garden Salad has also changed how it is listed. I believe most everything else was the same.
- Service: Service was cheerful, kind, and helpful. You order at the counter on the right side of the store and they bring your order in a bag to your table, most of which are on the left side of the store. Kind of odd if you are dining in like we did, but okay. The packaging was environmentally friendly, so I suppose that isnāt all bad.
- Atmosphere: Cheerful and bright colors! It is definitely not crammed like some places. The tables are plenty spread out. The floor is concrete, but super clean and smooth (no cracks that I could see). There were childrenās colorings on the wall. There were 3-4 booths and a number of tables with chairs. There are 2-3 tables in the ordering area, but most of the seating is in the dining area.
- Conclusion: If you are gluten sensitive or celiac, this place is a must visit! Everyone I saw had this posture of freedom from fear and the superhero projection the store portrays is well earned and not just a gimmick. The place is a haven for those who need absolute gluten-free options.
The prices are fairly competitive to what is out there. It is still more than regular food, but that is normal. The burger is actually almo

Found out gluten free buns are not for me but the fries are amazing. Not the biggest fan of the slightly chard burger myself though.

Iām absolutely thrilled to have a safe place to eat. And better yet⦠the food is phenomenal, even on day 2. Itās exactly what Iāve been missing and craving since I was diagnosed 3 years ago.
*Update* Papa Chops is better than ever. They really satisfy my occasional craving for fast food, pizza, and sammies. Iāve eaten at dozens of GF places around the country (and even internationally) and Papa Chops is among the best.

Cannot say enough great things about this place. It was our first visit and we came from SE Michigan (2 hours away). We could have ordered so much more food to share, but knew it would be heavier food so we went with the breaded chicken sandwich, onion rings, fried pickles and coleslaw. Everything tasted awesome! The chicken wasn't super greasy and was very fresh, the pickles on the sandwich are a really nice touch. The onion rings are something we can't find anywhere and these were a treat, yum! Fried pickles were delicious and the coleslaw was light, flavorful and had a nice crunch factor. The service was quick, despite the fact that they had a line at open. The space has plenty of in/outdoor seating and is bright and clean. They use compostable and recyclable to go products. They're staff are knowledgeable and friendly. And the all gender restroom/sign made us feel welcome. Y'all are doing it all right! Thank you!
