We had an issue with a promotion on the app not being what it led us to believe it was (not their fault at all) and when I called to see what they could do Skyler was immediately so understanding, kind, and helpful and helped us get what we originally were looking to get. People like this make me so happy to come back to this location again.
This is probably the best single franchise of a pizza chain place I've ever been to. The service is always so nice and the pizza is really really good for being so cheap. Usually when I go, I'm with a bunch of other college students and it's late at night. There is no reason we should be treated so nicely, but this place is just so hospital every single time. The person at the cash register is always smiling and gives off the impression that they actually care about...
Good Pizza and usually good service. A lady I have never seen tonight was rude on the phone and in person. As I said it was one time but that's all it takes, usually a 4 star place.
