Papa Johns Pizza

Beautiful setting and welcoming people.

Placed carryout order, picked up, got home, order was made incorrectly. Requested refund over the phone. They stated to receive a refund I had to return the food. Asked for refund 3x at store but they refused. The night manager is difficult to deal with and she doesn't present many managerial qualities.
I've ordered here a handful of times and the majority of those times, something is missing or is not made properly. This will be my last time at this particular location.

I remember when this pizza wasn't terrible. I forgot that fact in order the other night. Absolutely.Gross.I don't know how you can even call this food.

The lack of consistency at this location is a real issue. The quality seems to be a total gamble. Yesterday, we ordered two pizzas and asked for extra sauce on both. We got home only to find that neither pizza had much sauce whatsoever, let alone the 'extra' we specifically asked for. It was really frustrating.

Edit: I just remembered that we also didn’t receive the garlic butter cups or peppers in the box either.

Young kid wanted to fight bc he didn’t know how to make an extra pepperoni pizza. I ordered an extra pepperoni pizza and saw it wasn’t made right. Apparently the young man that made it wanted violence 🤣 got kicked out of the store with no refund or correct order. SMH I should’ve been a Karen

We eat here 1-2 times a week for last 5 years and have never had a complaint. We just received our food for this order. One of the pizzas is thinner than a thin crust which we DIDNT order and the other pizza isn’t even cooked all the way and doughy. The jalapeno poppers are so small and burned. We didn’t even receive the peppers that come in the pizza boxes. We have had a really bad past week and this was a go to for tonight so we wouldn’t have to cook and now upset about wasting $30-40 for this. Very unhappy and like I said we have NEVER had a complaint before.

Never will I ever order from place. Horrible delivery service(Door Dash). Never received the order, but got email saying order was delivered. Never again. Shaq Fu!!!!!

Can't cut a pizza for anything. Had to go home to cut it myself. Tasted disgusting. Place looks so bad on the inside. Clean it up for goodness sake.

I ordered a pizza a month back and left instructions to call me when it arrived because it was cold and I didn't want it left without getting cold . It was left outside on the porch for 20 min. I called papa Johns they gave me a free pizza. I order my free pizza recently along with an order of breadsticks. The Driver tried to charge full price for the entire order so I called the store. I held for at least 20 min and in the meantime, they told the driver to bring the food back to the store. When I finally spoke to the manager, Naomi, she apologized and told me that she would make a fresh pizza and an order of breadsticks and would deliver it asap. When it finally arrived, an hour and 40 min later, it was not fresh at all. The time of the order on the box stated 3:28pm and it is now 5:10pm. So instead of following thru and remaking our order so it was fresh, they sent back the original order! It was cold, hard and gross. I called Naomi and she rudlely told me that she was busy, or was fresh and she didn't understand why I was upset since it was free so I shouldn't be upset. Worst food even worse service. Not a good experience at all!

Accidentally gave Scott 1 star because the app said my order was delivered before I got the pizza, sorry Scott.

I will never order from the Plainfield Papa John's location ever again ? had problems 3 different times from them , this last time I asked for an payed for extra Ranch on the side , I didn't receive any. Asked an payed for for extra Garlic butter, didn't receive any . Asked for and payed for extra sauce, didn't receive that an hardy any sauce at all. 1 of my other orders I received cold doughy pizza so this time I asked for well done pizza extra cook time , it came this time cold & doughy . Very disappointed with this Papa John's, which is my favorite pizza but from now on isn't after all my bad experiences with this particular Papa Johns location on Plainfield in grand rapids Michigan ?
