Placed an order for a Vegie Pizza and got a Cheese Pizza, called the manager and he said he was remaking the Pizza 3hrs later no Pizza. They took my $27 for a Cheese Pizza. Minus one customer for them. Back to Pizza hurt.

Couldn't make the pizza right. Earned a star back for offering to replace it, but I wasn't notified at all about the delivery and the pizza was cold.

This Papa Johns is horrid at getting food out in a timely manner, workers FAR more concerned with which song/movie they are playing in the store over customers getting their food.

had naked girls dancing on the screens in the store for one and when we got home we saw that our order was wrong. we called just to get yelled at and hung up on. luckily someone decent picked back up and fixed it but how trashy

Was Papa John's on Kalamazoo Ave near 44th st. Received excellent service from Brittney.
She went above and beyond. Give that young lady a raise

Phone ordered 1st time a shaqaronni and was told would be delivered 15-20 minutes 1.25 hrs later 2nd call were supposed to remake and deliver again . Now at 2.5 hrs 3rd call and was told door dash was delivering. Never got it. Now 3.5 hrs later and have heard nothing from store or door dash. Good luck on getting any food from these companies.

I get there 35 minutes after I put in the order and there's a whole group of people waiting for their food. Mine wasn't ready when I got there even though the app said it was ready. When I showed them it was ready, they got mad at me and I felt threatened. The pizza itself did noooottttttttt taste like the papa John's we all know and love whatsoever.

I'm really torn here because of y'all's mistake my pizza ended up being free, however, I placed an order at noon for a 2:45 pickup. My pizza wasn't ready until 2:56
and now I'm late for work, and my pay gets docked for being late and that goes against my attendance. So I guess the pizza wasn't free after all.

Rude staff, tried to scam my card thankfully my bank declined it. When I called to question the extra charge they proceeded to hang up.

Extremely rude staff, lied about about papa John’s not serving a menu item I ordered on the site then once I showed it had an attitude while he went and grabbed the sauce. Definitely needs new management and workers.

Placed an order in advance for a timed delivery. It is currently 54 minutes after that time. Nobody is answering the phone. Horrible. No way to cancel it and it's already paid for. What garbage service. Management should be replaced.
