We live nearby. This is my husband's favorite pizza around and this is the only location in the area, the pizza itself is fine but the staff sucks. They let the lobby fill up before they acknowledge any of them are there waiting to pick up. Last week I walked in and only 2 girls were working and blasting inappropriate music at a extremely high volume, this week I walk in and I had to wait 10mins after my pickup time for them to hand me my already done order and there were 3 people waiting before me so they waited even longer, got home and the pizza wasn't even cut.

Only 2 employees working, and a lobby crammed with people waiting. I waited an hour before picking up, and still had to wait 20 minutes. Got home, wrong pizza. I ordered a regular crust with cheese and pepperoni. I got thin crust with gross peppers, sausage and pepperoni. They should CLOSE locations that don't have enough staff to do the job correctly. I won't be back.

Absolutely the worst excuse for a staff. 7 people standing around watching a football game while 1 new guy is having a hard time placing an order on the phone. 2 people came in behind me as they looked over my shoulder to make sure they took their order. I used to work for papa John's and this is not the way to do business. I will never come back to this location

I ordered a pickup order through the app at 6:18 pm on a Friday night, estimated pickup 6:40. Got there at 6:35 and there was a line of people waiting to pickup their order. Apparently their oven wasn’t heating properly so there was a bit of a backup. I went to the register and informed them I had a pickup, signed the receipt and patiently waited…. For the next HOUR. I should have gotten a refund and left earlier but I was really craving papa John’s and wanted to give them a shot at making it. Hour comes, I ask and apparently they hadn’t even made my order yet. Was not even made. I left hungry with no food and 1 hour of my life wasted that I won’t get back.When I have a bad experience I usually give the spot a second chance but this place I will not. Never coming back. Just go to a local pizza place that will have better customer service and have your pizza ready in a reasonable time.
I had a truly disappointing experience at Papa John's. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the service was far from satisfactory. The worker didn't acknowledge us and when she did, she left for over 10 minutes in the back, leaving us feeling neglected.To make matters worse, a DoorDash driver was also present, waiting for her order over an hour later. It was evident that something was seriously amiss in the store. The lack of communication, organization, and care from the staff was disheartening.The absence of any apparent management only added to our frustration. The overall atmosphere of the store left much to be desired, and it felt chaotic and unprofessional. I can't help but think that this is not the kind of service that Shaq would be proud of.Our visit to Papa John's had terrible service, unexplained delays, and a lack of professionalism. It's safe to say that I won't be returning to this particular store anytime soon, and I hope improvements are made to provide a better experience for future customers.

The personality of most of the staff are phenomenal. However, the choice of certain music should never be played in a place of business when it not lifting a positive message. Derogatory rap music is not one of them.
I don't give many Google reviews but wow. The customer service here was BAD. Super rude. Food was good. That's about it.

I went in there tonight to order a pizza, there were a lot of irritated customers in a very small area, one of the employees was yelling at a customer they were busy and she would have to wait a minute! I walked back out thinking wtf just happened??!!! " Y'all need a lot of help with the customer services skills there!
