Probably the worst pizza I've ever had. I'm never going back. Very disappointed. The crust was 3 inches wide and 2 inches thick, the center was paper thin and soggy, and it was very sloppily and scantily prepared; hardly any sausage or pepperoni. What a waste of time and money. They can keep my Papa Dough.

Placed an order through the app to be delivered right before my lunch break at work. My order never showed up so I called to see about it and the gentlemen that answered the phone told me that they do not have delivery drivers. How the hell do you offer a service you dont provide. I then stated well I would like to know what is going on and his reply was im trying to figure it out because your order is right here. Yes exactly right there getting cold. I didnt spend $20+ to have cold food that now im not even sure if I will get. Not once did he offer to fix the problem on hand or anything. He had no solution to how this issue will get resolved or anything. I am extremely irritated with the fact that your company is customer service orrientated and the service I have recieved has been terrible

Slow delivery slow everything go to the one in Kentwood.
Waited 45 minutes after my pizza was supposed to be ready. They did give me $10 or so off 10 mins before it was done. When they finally did get it done, they realized them made me a large and not extra-large. Frustrated and not wanting to wait any longer I told them I don't care and took the smaller pizza.

Went down hill a while ago. Will lie to you saying a refund was issue then freak out and hang up on you when you gollow back up over 10 dayd later for the same issue. I want my money back. Manager started getting upset over the phone and told me to call the district manager tomorrow. Horrible customer service.

We consistently have problems with this location as Door Dashers our orders are often incomplete and we are ignored as other orders are filled currently waiting over an hour for 1 item to complete our order..

Horrible service. For the last 3 orders I’ve placed, I get a text saying it’s ready and every time I show up they haven’t even started to make the order yet.

We placed our order with a time of ASAP. We got an email saying it would be ready between 6:11 and 6:21. Then we got a text at 5:50 saying it was in the oven. At 602 we got in text saying it was ready. I had some other food to pick up first so by the time I got there it was 6:35. There was a long line of people standing in the lobby waiting for their food. When I finally was able to speak to the cashier, I was told my order was not ready. I waited around for another 10 minutes before I finally asked if it had even been started. It had not. By the time I finally got it, it was an hour later than when they said it would be done. I asked them why I had received emails and texts telling me when my pizza would be done and that it was actually done, when it hadn't even been started. They said those are sent out automatically. What kind of badly design computer system does that? If you want your food ready at a specific time, do not order from this place! Also, this is not the first similar problem we have had here. But it will be the last as we will not come here anymore!

Place is horrible!! Pizza had way too much cheese on it. The pizza tasted like garbage and the place is ran like garbage. Look at all the horrible reviews! I’d suggest no one spend their money on this papa John’s. Pretty upset about it.

We ordered two pizzas and an order of breadsticks. One of the pizzas and the breadsticks were made pretty sloppy, with predominant crust and bubbles. My husband called and asked for replacements, and the person he talked to was snotty and told him they couldn’t replace the breadstick order. She hung up on him when he asked to speak to a manager. The manager called back immediately and said they’d replace both the pizza and breadsticks. The second pizza was much better, the breadsticks were worse, lol.

In all honesty, If I could give this place negative stars; I would. My husband and I decided to treat ourselves to pizza while I have been laid off from my job. We ordered and brought it home. My husband ate it and about 30 minutes later, he started getting sick. This morning I called and spoke to the general manger and politely requested a refund. The manager advised that unless we had gone to the hospital and the hospital specifically said it was the pizza that made him sick, they were unable to refund. Up to this point, we had relatively not bad stuff, but the service and the sickness has really turned me off from this place.Parking: Parking lot is very small. Very cramped and hard to exit.

Customer service is horrible. Employees are disorganized, No one in particular was running the register. Waited for an hour for my order!!!! The atmosphere is horrible as there's nowhere to stand when you're in line because we're all crammed at the front door. Manager could be seen sitting behind the glass and not budging. Pretty sad when there's seven employees that were seen on the floor just in ottter chaos. Also, this place does not offer dine in.
