Counter service manager was outside smoking greeting me with a hello as I walked into the store. No one else asked me about my order if they could take my order in this case, I was waiting for an order that I called him. 10 minutes later DoorDash shows up the store counter. Clerk asked him if he was waiting for an order and then looked at me and asked me if I was waiting for an order I said yesI made sure to let him know that it was appreciative that he greeted the DoorDash and not the customer that was waiting for an order which was me shit customer service.

Ordered the Shaqaroni, it's advertised as a huge pizza, it's just a large pizza with some slices cut big and some small. Order was left outside on the porch, no knock at the door, no text or anything to let me know it was out there. I had to go back to the site to track my order to see that it had been delivered. Pizza wasn't hot.

Pizza was good but extremely undercooked. Unable to grab a slice without it ripping in half and falling apart, which makes it very messy. Paid extra for two toppings and the toppings are missing from two slices. 4 stars because it could've been an off day and stuff happens. Guy was super friendly. Location sucks. Remove that bush so we can see when leaving!

We drove by once and almost did a second time... both the street sign and the building sign were dark - there were also almost no lights on the building exterior or in the lot. Didn't feel very safe, and employees shared it's been like that for 3 years and the company doesn't care as they've done nothing to fix it. Pizza was good, but it shouldn't require multiple passes to find a pizza place!
Parking: Dim lighting but it's next to the building. Just don't go at night if you want to feel safe!

Pizza are always hot and delivered quickly. But this is seriously stingy with the toppings. I did NOT get my money's worth by any means. When I order extra of one topping that doesn't mean don't give me any of the other toppings. I ordered extra anchovies, ham, mushrooms, and onions. There's literally three pieces of onion and four mushrooms on this pizza. This was the only pizza missing so many toppings my other two had a good amount of toppings on them

Placed an order, over the phone ,for pickup.Went in to pick it up and was told they never got the order.The number I called matched this location so I knew I was at the right place.Wont be back.
Just because papa john is a rationalist doesn't mean you can't eat his pizza. God bless America and Long live the USA! Just great pizza since before them towers fell plain and simple.
