Burgers were ok to pretty good. Beer selection was great. Service was outstanding. Very quiet when we were there, but only 20% full on a Tuesday night.

We were sat at our table and then we were completely ignored for the next 20 minutes. A large group that was seated after us was being waited on. Since we were invisible, we thought it best to just leave. Turns out, nobody at this restaurant cared.

Carlo is the best! Was very impressed with the hotel restaurant! You get 15% off if you’re a guest

If you’re a fry guy like me. The crisp is better than the bliss. I also asked for a medium rare burger… COOKED TO PERFECTion. AND I RECOMMNED CARLO because the only thing better than my food was the service and my fat a$$ buffalo ranch dip on the side. Highly recommend 20/10.

Ordered breakfast morning of our checkout. Server very nice and personable. Coffee was hot brown water at best, worst we’ve ever had. Pancakes and French toast pretty decent. 2 egg breakfast with bacon also decent. Food overall was OK, but certainly could’ve been a bit warmer. No major complaints since it was in the hotel.

My burger was one of the most disgusting pieces of brown meat in buns I've ever suffered through in an effort to waste money. I couldn't make it past the half mark. The queso was so thick on the bun I could barely chew it all. My fries definitely were sitting out before they added my lukewarm burger to the plate. And my alcoholic beverage, hmmm, don't even know if it was actually that at all. Huge disappointment.

Came for lunch on a Sunday. Lunch didn't start until noon. We arrived at 11:45. Had to wait to order at 12.

Great service, awful food. It's in a hotel so it smells like pool chlorine, it's super quiet so you feel like you have to whisper across the table, and the burger was the blandest burger I've had in my life. Zero flavor, is was honestly shocking. I had to cover it in ketchup just to taste it. The fries looked so good but they had some awful overpowering seasoning on them. And the worst part, I didn't even finish my food before my stomach hurt, and I couldnt even make it home before nearly ruining my driver seat. Some of the worst stomach pain I've had. Would not recommend to an enemy.

Came here with two friends to celebrate my birthday. Made a reservation for 6:15 on a Saturday, we were seated right away and the hostess was a sweetheart! However, our waitress did not even approach our table for 15 minutes. She said “I’ll be right with you guys” and walked away. We never saw her again and left 10 minutes later when we saw a party of 6 get served water within two minutes of sitting down after we had sat there for 25 minutes with no service. Would not recommend.

Constantly disappointed in the slow breakfast service. It seems there is only one server ever? My husband has had incorrect food delivered every time we’ve been in, and the food isn’t worth the wait.

Vegetarian options: The only vegetarian mains for breakfast are the waffles and pancakes. Otherwise your choices are fruit or breakfast potatoes. We were hoping there would be more offered. Not even a beyond or impossible burger option.

Got there about 15 minutes before closing time, bartender ignored me till I sat at a table, where my friend had just got his food, she came up to scold him about outside food because he originally got it to go, so after he said he ordered it there she said it was ok. I asked for a menu and she snidly asked me if I was going to eat, I said yes and she went into the back and said "there's someone who's going eat!" A few moments later Mark came from the back and said "we're done!" Garbage service lazy employees will never eat here!

All of the reviews were spot on, unfortunately. Service was super slow and quite unfriendly. The kids menu has advertised that “kids eat free” and in the fine print it does not mention anything about it being for hotel guests only. It was over-priced food that was on par with McDonalds, except the fries. The table and floor were both quite dirty. My son never got a refill of anything. The dessert that came with his meal was never offered and when we asked for it we got a lovely eye roll. It was, unfortunately, a poor experience overall.

Our server Michael is easily %90 of the reason we go here when we stay in GR. That man is an absolute pleasure and is always pleasant. Food is awesome, and the booths are perfect for two crazy kids who want to hurry and eat and go jump in the pool ASAP.
