Was staying at the Holiday Inn and stopped here for dinner and a drink. Had the burger and tried two IPAs. The bartender was great to chat with. It was a slow night for the bar and kitchen but enjoyed the food, beer and folks there.
Party of 4 .. Bus drivers. It was phenomenal! We all had a burger and fries for lunch while waiting for our crew at the public museum. Great food, great service!
For a restaurant with Burger in the name, I didn't expect a pre-formed previously frozen burger.
Food was alright. The bartender though was not great. We ordered rum and cokes. They came as mostly coke.
We actually went back later and sat at the bar and figured we'd try again. We watched the lady make it and she did not measure the alcohol at all. It did have some but barely.
We ordered shots of captain on the side and poured it in. They finally tasted like a CAPTAIN and coke.
Burgers were ok to pretty good. Beer selection was great. Service was outstanding. Very quiet when we were there, but only 20% full on a Tuesday night.
Fantastic burger restaurant at the Holiday Inn. All the staff I had on my two times there were extremely friendly, professional, and attentive. The food is also fantastic. Love their bbq sauce! Highly recommend.
The service was great, but when ordering a burger, make sure to pay the money for a double. The burger patty was maybe a quarter inch thick. It's not impressive for the price.
Great hotel restaurant, tasty food, great service from Carlo!
We were sat at our table and then we were completely ignored for the next 20 minutes. A large group that was seated after us was being waited on. Since we were invisible, we thought it best to just leave. Turns out, nobody at this restaurant cared.
Carlo is the best! Was very impressed with the hotel restaurant! You get 15% off if you’re a guest

If you’re a fry guy like me. The crisp is better than the bliss. I also asked for a medium rare burger… COOKED TO PERFECTion. AND I RECOMMNED CARLO because the only thing better than my food was the service and my fat a$$ buffalo ranch dip on the side. Highly recommend 20/10.

Ordered breakfast morning of our checkout. Server very nice and personable. Coffee was hot brown water at best, worst we’ve ever had. Pancakes and French toast pretty decent. 2 egg breakfast with bacon also decent. Food overall was OK, but certainly could’ve been a bit warmer. No major complaints since it was in the hotel.

My burger was one of the most disgusting pieces of brown meat in buns I've ever suffered through in an effort to waste money. I couldn't make it past the half mark. The queso was so thick on the bun I could barely chew it all. My fries definitely were sitting out before they added my lukewarm burger to the plate. And my alcoholic beverage, hmmm, don't even know if it was actually that at all. Huge disappointment.

Great service, awful food. It's in a hotel so it smells like pool chlorine, it's super quiet so you feel like you have to whisper across the table, and the burger was the blandest burger I've had in my life. Zero flavor, is was honestly shocking. I had to cover it in ketchup just to taste it. The fries looked so good but they had some awful overpowering seasoning on them. And the worst part, I didn't even finish my food before my stomach hurt, and I couldnt even make it home before nearly ruining my driver seat. Some of the worst stomach pain I've had. Would not recommend to an enemy.
