I ordered 8 subs for delivery on their website for a company event and unfortunately one was not in the bag. I called the store to let them know and see if they could make another. I was willing to drive in to pick it up. The manager was very defensive and said that she knew the order was correct and blamed it on the delivery driver. She refused to make another sandwich and one of our team members went with out lunch. I would not recommend this restaurant based on its service and unwillingness to ensure orders are accurate.

The food is delicious WHEN THEY MAKE IT CORRECTLY. The last 3 visits my sandwich have been done wrong. And not just a little bit wrong no banana peppers means NONE. Extra mayo means AT LEAST SOME. Good gravy this place is exhausting.

I order regular steak with onions, mushrooms, extra mayo on white. NO banana peppers and no mustard.

I ordered my food ahead for pickup @2:30, I get there around 2:45. The girl at the counter didn’t even acknowledge me, she also took a phone call knowing I had been there waiting, after the call and placing the customers order she still never acknowledged me. Another one of the three girls working asked if I had a pickup or was ordering, I was at the checkout/pickup area and have been waiting, what do you think? I told them I had a pickup and then they took another 10 minutes to make my fries and actually give me my order. I left at 2:55 for an order that was supposed to be ready by 2:30. Service was absolutely trash. Mind you it was a SLOW Sunday. Do better.

Worst food ever!! Looks like a toddler made it! Two of the three were inedible and when I called the store the worthless store manager told me while she was talking to another customer ( I’m on the phone) just rude and unprofessional and NEVER EVER EVER EVER GOING TO GET FOOD HERE! Your Ruben was a joke more Sauerkraut then meat! First time too! Greasy fries!!!! Drenched the bag !!

I think it’s time to update your hours. We walked in at 6:40 and before we gave our order they said they were closing. Luckily the lady with the purple hair (didn’t get her name) gave us the blessing to order food but then proceeded to say it has to be to go. We live 2 hours away, wanted to eat our food while it’s fresh and not in the car. There were other people in the restaurant still finishing their food so we decided to try to eat as much as we could but were being stared down the 7 minutes we rushed to try and eat. The store hours say open until 10 but you must be out by 7pm unless you want to feel rushed and very uncomfortable.

I feel like I need to get a refund on my entire order as…..order #19088688, Kentwood.

First, I ordered the turkey avocado with ham, etc. Unfortunately, you were out of avocado. I did not know this, I ordered online. The girl did say she tried to call me, but I never got a phone call (not to doubt that she did, but I didn’t receive a call), so when I arrived at the restaurant, I had to wait for my order to get made I drive 5 miles to get there 5 miles to get back.

Second…. I get ready to eat my sandwich (I ordered a turkey with corn beef, etc. regular size for my boyfriend and then again my sandwich), they made both sandwiches wrong. They made my sandwich what his was to be and vice versus. I had to drive 5 miles back to wait another 10 minutes for my order then 5 miles back. By the time I got back to the house my boyfriend had to leave to go to work so he did not get to eat his sandwich. And to top it off, my boyfriend does not eat pork of any kind whatsoever!!!
I sent this is an email and never received a response!

Tried again! I again ordered the turkey AVACADO; I did not get any avocado. Very disappointed as the sandwiches can be tasty if made right.
