Just visited the new fort Gratiot location, it's really good. Staff are super friendly and the only is super kind. Will be back soon. Jared and the other staff were phenomenal.
They denied my service dog because she didn’t have her gear on in 90 degree weather then asked for medical paper work which is HIPPA she was doing nothing wrong and was performing her tasks to keep me safe perfectly. And the manager that I spoke to said she also had a service dog for the exact same reason as me yet dosnt know the ADA laws for said service dog. I strongly believe this is due to training and would love to see the employees and or managers trained properly instead...read full review
The people working here are so welcoming and so very helpful! I came in today just needing a small, quick, healthy "something". They were super obliging in helping me find something that would be delicious but not too filling! This is my 2nd visit and they've found a customer for life!
