we ordered 4 melts, 3 bacon chicken parmesan and one buffalo chicken. we received 4 bacon chicken parmesan, 2 with onions and 2 without onions. we tried to call and no one answered. we are not at all happy about the fact it took well over an hour for our food to be made, let alone delivered, and then our order was wrong, and the staff refuse to answer to correct their mistake.

Very disappointed spent over $15 for 2 medium pizzas one was a sausage one a pepperoni the pizza was bland way to much sauce on it but online they had a deal where you can get any large up to 10 toppings $12.00 it clearly shows online in October 2024 this is the deal the manager said that it’s google fault they need to change that then when I paid for my food he said it would be 20 minutes I asked could I use the bathroom he said no even if it was a child he would let them use the bathroom he kept saying that’s the policy I was totally turned off no gloves being used touching the cash register and touching the food I’m not happy with my experience period

This place says they're open until 12am and accept doordash orders until 1130pm. Well don't bother placing an order after 11pm because they're lazy and will just cancel your order! Pathetic.

Stopped in to grab a personal pan pizza, supreme. I haven't had one in years but have been craving one for awhile. I loved these little pizzas before and I still do the perfect size and so delicious. Craving cured!!

Ordered a medium pizza Online and went to pick it up in the store. The guy at the register was very polite he was aware that I ordered online. The guy that was actually making the pizzas tried to give me a hard time. He passed me my pizza and said I NEED CONFIRMATION umm confirmation of what? I felt like he was being a bit racist I was the only dark skinned person in the store with Hispanics and Whites. The guy at the register told him it's OK she paid online. Just that experience alone I won't order from there anymore. He was a older white guy that I can tell is from back in those times where they don't care for Blacks. They just lost a customer cause a guy like that I don't want making my food. So as I eat my pizza IMA PRAY OVER IT!
Order was ready when I got there, did a preset time as I was driving from Rockford and knew I would be more than the average carryout time was.

My pizza was the driest ever!! I signed up for curbside and they never came out to bring my pizza. I had to call and alert them and they still never came. I had to go in and get it. It was cold by the time I got home. I will never go back to this location. The excuse they gave me for not bringing it out was that they were busy....
