My pizza was the driest ever!! I signed up for curbside and they never came out to bring my pizza. I had to call and alert them and they still never came. I had to go in and get it. It was cold by the time I got home. I will never go back to this location. The excuse they gave me for not bringing it out was that they were busy....

Went in to get the pizza it was dirty, nasty inside, not clean. I don't like it. What happened back the old time it was used to be good and clean now ?
DON'T ORDER DELIVERY! They are absolutely understaffed. They got everyone of my orders wrong, they don't answer the phone because they are understaffed. A disappointment is an understatement.

Food took over an hour to get to us after it got on the road and we live about a mile away. Food was cold and boxes were crushed. Worst Pizza Hut around! Definitelye wish I could choose which location my delivery came from because I would never choose this location

Took me almost an hour to order online due to their app being so slow, then put in my order for a free pizza via my hut rewards and the app never took it. I complained to the general mgr who said the hut rewards are a different entity than the restaurant, that I would have to call the 1-844 number, which I did, and they were closed...This is how places lose customers because they won't take care of their Indiscretions or put it on someone else and won't take care of the customer... Very poor service on Pizza Huts part... Don't think I will be going there again and will try someplace else to go...

My 14 year old son answered the door for the pizza and driver left a note to my 14 year old that the tip he left , was needed more by my son than the driver , in a grey prius. What a jerk never will order from here
