This place needs to have their oven checked. Either the temperature is too high or the belt is too slow. Literally everything I ordered is over cooked. When stuff comes out of the oven black or dried out I think I would question if something is wrong with the oven. If I didn't live so far from this location I definitely would have this remade. Definitely won't order here again but it was on the way home. Will stick to the Wealthy location closer to the house.

No one was a fan of the veggie pasta. Firstly I didn't know it was the "sweet" marinara and it was weird having over cooked veggies from the top and raw veggies from the bottom mixing in a bite. The cheese sticks tasted like actual sticks and the thin crust pizza tasted like cardboard dusted with their new seasoning. The chicken Alfredo she just said that it was over baked.

Don’t get orders correct. Always has to send me another pizza so my kids can’t even eat together because all my children don’t eat the same pizza they always send 1 wrong pizza. Cheese sticks are always over cooked cheese isn’t even cheesy on cheese sticks.

The pizza I ordered from here are good but the customer service isn’t. Last time I had to wait around 30-40 minutes at the window to try to pick up my order because no one came to help even when I called the place to try to tell them i’m waiting out in the pick up window. After they were able to give me my food they forgot my drink so I waited at the drive through window to ask for it but again no one was paying attention so I had to wait for another 10-20 minutes. There was two workers there, a male and female that seemed to not be paying attention or just not care. The phone is also another issue where it’s never seemed to be picked up because it’s being ignored. While I was waiting for that order the phone was ringing from me calling and no one wanted to answer it so that’s what I mean by being ignored. The lobby is also closed majority of the time.

Kids review: There was a lot of cheese. Very filling. Minimal sauce. The box design has been the same for 35 years. It smells good.

That said, we ordered two personal pans. They were fast and friendly with the kids as they picked them up.
The cheese one was indeed pretty heavy on the cheese and he did pick some of it off. They were both counting on eating more after, but they were both quite full after the personal pans.
Ordered on a Monday at 4:32 PM and picked up at 4:46 PM, earlier than the 15 minute estimated time and it was ready.
Parking: Entering the parking lot is confusing. You need to use Avastar Parkway or you will enter a "Do not enter" way if you try to get in directly.

These people are bad at their jobs. The people who work here are bums and don't want to be exposed for watching TV and being in their phones all night. They therefore close the lobby for no reason very early in the night making people wait in the drive through to pick up their cold pizza. A pizza place relying on a drive through might be the dumbest idea I have come across in the restaurant area. Utterly horrific management. Corporate Yum Brands needs to step in and drop the hammer on these clowns. ABSOLUTE BUMS.

I've been to plenty of fast food restaurants in the area these past few years, and the one thing I can always count on is good service from the staff here. I placed an order online for a pizza got there a bit earlier than expected and they had just finished baking my pizza, just a few moments later it's in my back seat. 10/10 staff, ingredients, and value

Food was terrible. Got the big box and it was big bad. Both pizza dough was raw, breadsticks were raw. Within the hour of eating my son got sick from the pizza dough.
