Food was terrible. Got the big box and it was big bad. Both pizza dough was raw, breadsticks were raw. Within the hour of eating my son got sick from the pizza dough.

Never had a problem with a Pizza Hut until now. They only had the drive through open and when I made my order, I was the only one there. They said to pull around and it would be brought out in 20 minutes. I did. 35 minutes passed and I saw a line in the drive through and nothing yet on my order(a personal pan and breadsticks). I called the store asking for the status and they seemed confused because they only seemed to know about one part of my order. They said I could pick the food up through the drive through. Which had 3 cars that hadn’t moved in 10 minutes. I asked if my food could be brought out and they said no. Even though they said they would bring it out. Asked for a refund, they said my food was ready now. Waited another 10 minutes in the line to get my cold food. Called corporate for the first time ever and asked for a callback. Didn’t want free food, just wanted to explain how bad the service was. Never got a call back.

Got the supreme 1/21/2024 and got food poisoning that was incomparable to any other sickness I’ve ever had. Food poisoning so bad it made me find Jesus and make a deal with the devil at the same time.

I appreciate whoever the delivery driver was that didn’t mind I put the wrong address! I would have been irritated if that happened to me but he was understanding and food is always right and good!
