The pizza isn't the best ever but it's good enough. I wasn't sure if the lobby was open but they told us we could eat in so we did, it wasn't super clean and is outdated. The most annoying part was the television playing the pizza hut channel at pretty much maximum volume.
Our servers were at least very polite.

We ordered pizza around 10pm on July 3rd and the delivery guy said he was at our front door, they were not. I told them they were not and walked outside to greet them. I saw the delivery driver and called, they said they delivered the pizza to our front slider. No one on our street has a front driver. The driver hung up on me and decided to take off instead of telling us which house they delivered pizza to, and I have not seen a refund yet. I've called the store, I've tried using Pizza Huts customer support, and I have gotten no where. Judging by the other bad reviews, this location just sucks apparently. Don't order from this place.

Looking for a pizza hut on our way home from our trip. Stopped at this location. It does have a drive thru and carry out but we wanted to sit down to eat. We had to place our order at counter. We were the only ones dining in at that time. Ordered a stuff crust , breaksticks , and cinnabon rolls. They brought everything to us in a timely matter . Everything was hot and tasted great. I wish I had gotten the gentleman's name at the counter . He was very pleasant . He was also the one who brought us our food. Would definitely stop at this location again.

It's Pizza hut....how could this experience go wrong? Always had great experience..... But not today... First visit to this location The atmosphere was not welcoming by employees We were one of two tables seated.... Young man came and waited on us promptly But his body odor almost caused us to want to leave. While waiting , walked to the front in search of napkins The napkin holder was empty The straw holder had 3 straws ...there was 4 of us No fountain drinks available, we had to order drinks by the bottle The food came quickly and it was delicious The server almost forgot plates and we had to ask for napkins and straws. It was not the usual relaxing pizza hut experience. What's happened? We will not return.....sorry...

I'm not big on negative reviews but I wanted to put this out there. I was feeling nostalgic for Book-It days so I went there and ordered a personal pan pepperoni. I paid for the extra cheese because, obviously, that is the best part. I recieved this, cheese not even covering. So I ran back and asked if I could get a little more and showed my receipt. Guy informed me that personal pan pizzas only get a sprinkle of cheese, not enough to cover. I show the receipt again and he said I only got as much cheese as I did because I paid for extra, which is an extra pinch on personal pan. He then told me I could have gotten extra extra cheese. Total buzz kill.
The pizza was covered in so much sauce I couldn't taste anything else. Usually I love pizza hut pizza but i'm not sure i'll return to this location after this.

I ordered online for pickup at the Plainfield location. I got held up at work, and couldn't make it on-time. I called and asked if it was possible to get it delivered. I spoke to Michelle and she was absolutely the sweetest. She went above and beyond to help change the order and had the best customer service I've ever experienced. Thank you so much, Michelle. Horrible experience and was assaulted by being choked. Have a police report and filing charges I live in Rockford so I usually go to the Pizza Hut on 10 mile which is wonderful but decided to go to this location to stop at a speedway I ordered the pizza on the way to the Pizza Hut made it in 12 minutes got a $10 box and cheese sticks when I made it home everything was hard and stale as if it had been sitting out all day when I called I spoke with someone named Michelle, who they said was the manager when I told her that I was upset because I picked up the pizza a couple minutes earlier than it was supposed to be ready which is said 15 minutes and that it was still cold and hard she asked me if I wanted her to make another order of cheese sticks, and as I tried to explain it was more was hung up on and when called repeatedly over 10 times was not answered when I got back to the Pizza Hut 12 minutes they sent a man up. I repeated my frustrations and let him know that I was more upset due to the poor customer service and may not be able to, explain the problem fully and then not answered over 10 times he said he would remake the food and I said OK as I waited over 15 minutes, I grew irritated as this was supposed to be made and received already, and if the manager would have stayed on the phone it could have already been in the process of getting remade as I made these comments to myself. He then gave me my pizza undone and told me due to my comments while waiting to never come back. I told him to shut up talking to me, left establishment put my pizza down as I had to retrieve it at the door by that man who lifted me up off of my feet by choking me and slamming me to the ground , then lock the doors as I tried to Samaritans to be witnesses as I called the police he closed the blinds and I now have a police report and pressing charges and awaiting the detectives to call
