Well I went to this place about a year ago and I'll never ever go back because of the old management. She was so rude to me and wanted to fight me as I told her this wasn't my order. This place might have changed, but nope, I'll never ever go back.

Every table had crumbs on it and we had to ask for a table to get washed. Then plates came out dirty. Had to eat over a napkin. Someone call the health inspector! Food was meh.

Terrible service every time. They never put sauce on the pizza even after ordering extra sauce. The staff isn't trained, so don't ever make the mistake of going through the window for pick up. We end up waiting 15 minutes after pickup time EVEN THOUGH OUR FOOD IS ALREADY READY AND IS SITTING AROUND WAITING. And if you ask for someone to help you with a correction, they literally do nothing about it. I'm honestly surprised this pizza hut location is still open...

I ordered a pepperoni New Yorker , received a cheese. Talk to the manager he claimed I ordered cheese only and told me to check my order and hung up on me. I checked my order and sure enough I ordered pepperoni the big New Yorker. I will never recommend this place to anybody. We have ordered some twice a week from them and the manager was extremely unhelpful and rude.

Had to walk through the drive-thru and the guy at the drive-thru window was disrespectful and gave an incredible attitude and they also screwed up our order I will never be back just because of his attitude and the way he treated us because a sign was posted on the door saying doors are locked at 8:00 p.m. it's disgraceful on how I was treated need to train people a little bit better on how to do customer service instead of giving customers attitude and disrespecting them

Grew up on Pizza Hut. Sad they can't make simple pizza anymore. Everytime we order here there are barely any toppings put on the pizza. We ordered a 3 tipping pizza and many slices have one or two toppings at most. It's a pinch of each topping sprinkled around. We've experienced this everytime at this location.
Ordered online. Had it delivered. Live less then 5 min from location. Pizza was cold. Tried to call and get it corrected. Keeps going to call center. Call center forwards me to the store. The store keeps hanging up. This needs to be corrected.

Pizza had hardly any pepperoni and was burnt. I drove it back and asked for a different one and the guy said “this isn’t burnt, it always looks like this.” I usually get it from the Rockford location but they were out of the cc pepperoni so I had to go to Plainfield. Horrible service, the guy was rude and pizza was awful. Never going to this location again!!
