Ordered the Triple Treat Box with Breadsticks & Cinnasticks. This is was the most disappointing and unedible order we’ve ever gotten. What a joke.

I’ve had a consistently bad experience at this location. Whenever I’m told my order is ready for pickup, I still end up waiting an additional 10–15 minutes. On more than one occasion, they’ve had to remake my order because it was given to someone else. It’s extremely frustrating and needs to be addressed.

I order delivery and they gave me the wrong pizza, and burnt bread sticks. I tried to call the store back so many times just to get a BUZY SGNAL again and again. Even when I had the online staff direct me to the store it still went to a BUZY SIGNAL. I tried for 2 days straight, same thing. I am going over there today to get my food right. I'll keep you posted if they do it or not.

The service was great, they took care of my needs, however the pizza crust was different than it usually is. I have an expectation of Pizza Hut and it was a letdown. Will go back to see if it was a fluke or how things are now.

Pizza Hut has lost a lifelong customer. Literally every single time I’ve ordered pizza from this location, they’ve screwed it up . Seriously, not once have I gotten the right thing after ordering from there, probably ten times in six months. Before you ask “why do you keep going there?” I can explain. The Kalamazoo & 60th location is very conveniently located near the highway and to/from work. However, this was the final straw.
So the pizza was wrong again and breadsticks were cold. Plus, to add insult to injury, you can’t even contact the store directly anymore. Instead, they automatically direct you to a call center in India. So, even something that should be an easy fix ends up being unnecessarily complicated, if you can even get a hold of someone.
Overall, great job Pizza Hut. You outsourced something so simple and in doing so have ruined your reputation. Also, how much money are you saving by hiring people overseas when you end up constantly having to give away free pizzas & refunds?

I decided to try the pasta (fettuccine & chicken) and the personal pan pizza yesterday and was very dissatisfied with Pizza Hut and the results from how they make their food. I would recommend improving your menu, pizzas not included. How can a restaurant chain be great at one menu item and so bad at another? Incredible.

This was the worst pizza I have every had. The pizza wasn't even covered completely with cheese, the pepperoni was burnt. The store was dirty, the employees were dirty, it smelled like old grease as soon as you walked in. I will not be returning to this location. Just ?????
