Pizza Hut has lost a lifelong customer. Literally every single time I’ve ordered pizza from this location, they’ve screwed it up . Seriously, not once have I gotten the right thing after ordering from there, probably ten times in six months. Before you ask “why do you keep going there?” I can explain. The Kalamazoo & 60th location is very conveniently located near the highway and to/from work. However, this was the final straw.
So the pizza was wrong again and breadsticks were cold. Plus, to add insult to injury, you can’t even contact the store directly anymore. Instead, they automatically direct you to a call center in India. So, even something that should be an easy fix ends up being unnecessarily complicated, if you can even get a hold of someone.
Overall, great job Pizza Hut. You outsourced something so simple and in doing so have ruined your reputation. Also, how much money are you saving by hiring people overseas when you end up constantly having to give away free pizzas & refunds?

I decided to try the pasta (fettuccine & chicken) and the personal pan pizza yesterday and was very dissatisfied with Pizza Hut and the results from how they make their food. I would recommend improving your menu, pizzas not included. How can a restaurant chain be great at one menu item and so bad at another? Incredible.

This was the worst pizza I have every had. The pizza wasn't even covered completely with cheese, the pepperoni was burnt. The store was dirty, the employees were dirty, it smelled like old grease as soon as you walked in. I will not be returning to this location. Just ?????

4 or 5 employees working in the back and they saw 4 customer enter and left us standing in the lobby for a good bit before a young girl came out and helped. As soon as someone comes in a little acknowledgement or "Hello! Be right there with you!" Would improve your customers experience. This was Sunday 1/28/24 between 4-4:30

Boyfriend ordered and picked up a supreme pizza and brought it to me at work he left and when I took a slice of pizza out to eat it the middle was completely raw. When I tried to call them to have them resolve this issue they didn't even answer the phone.

Order from here regularly and always have top consistent quality and speed.
Placed a delivery order and after waiting 2 hours we called the store,was told the delivery driver couldn't find our house despite Google maps existing and pointing directly at our house, asked why we were never called and they claimed they attempted yet I was sitting there with my phone in front of me waiting on my order the entire time. The drivers at this location seem to get many complaints, management should step in.
The pizza was super good like always, keep up the good work!

It's small but you know it actually was pretty decent. The pizza was made excellent and the customer service was really friendly. But if I'm in Grand Rapids and I'm going to get Pizza Hut I'd rather come here. Will definitely make a return visit.
