Entire staff is great. Fun place with no judgment karaoke. Regulars and new folks every time I've been there. Busy but never really packed. People of all ages having a good time.

Stopped in Sat and ordered the Nacho Dog. Received Nachos. At first I thought there was a hotdog smothered under the Nachos toppings. After getting part way through it I realized that there was no hotdog. I notified the server immediately. She offered to bring me a hotdog. I thought great, I can use the Nacho toppings I received and put on top of the hotdog. I was brought a single hotdog on a plate, no bun. I worked with it and put the toppings I had on the hotdog. Explained to me later by the server that she considered the chips as a swap for the bun. When I got the bill, I was billed for Nachos. This was twice the price of the hotdog. The server admitted it was his error in placing the order. They insisted that I pay for the Nachos, which I did not order. Then two of them tried to make as if I was responsible for the mistake. Since I was told the the chips were substituded for the bun, I felt I should have been billed for the hotdog. I didn't received Nachos, since the chips were now considered part of the hotdog. I finally just paid the bill, as I had other places to be. Total customer service failure. Worst I have seen in West Michigan. As a lot of others have mentioned, I may have received better service if I was a regular. I've been there a few times previously and never had a problem. This was enough to make me want to let others beware.

Most of the time, it's great! I love the staff. The food is good for the price. I did rate the atmosphere a 3 star only because the few times recently I've been in durring the day the regulars complain about my voice that carries when there is only 5-10 people in there. Other than that the bar atmosphere is fun and inviting. I love their keroke host Bob. The manager is amazing! Every bartender is kind and gives amazing service to their patrons. 5 star dive bar for sure

Went here for the karaoke, and we were pleased with the atmosphere. Wish the karaoke operator was a little more upbeat, and the karaoke system was very outdated with a limited song selection. But the service was second to none. Kayla did a great job taking care of us all night long.

Playstation pub itself is a great place, the issue is the new DJ they have for karaoke. She bases her Playlist off NEW names. So if you enter your name 45 mins ago but new people put their names in they will continually jump you in line. So on busy nights you can expect to only get one song in, which is unfair as a whole. No other karaoke is like this which is unfortunate. A great place when you can sing consistently.

Omg had the best time here. First time..It was Karaoke night the vibe was dope as hell. Everyone was super fun n nice..lots of people of all ages we had so much fun and it's up the street from my house..who knew! Drinks were good and bartender waS a really nice guy. This is my new favorite karaoke

We were in the neighborhood and had some time to kill so we stopped in. Thought the prices and the drink selection was good. Server was very kind and efficient. Not a huge menu, but we were very satisfied.

Went on a Saturday night. Great little dive bar. Food is amazing for small bat atmosphere. Food is cooked and served late. Bartenders Brent and Kayla are cool and nice. Karaoke is good. Not a ton of people do you can sing a few times. Bob the Karaoke guy is cool so far. no pool here. Previous pictures from other posts are old.Small but good tap selection. Bottles available as well. Definitely recommended!
