ordered delivery and they made everything completely wrong, missing half the items that they charged me extra for. Like others said they don't answer the phone. guess that's $25 I'll never get back- bowl went in the trash.

I got waaaaaaaaaaay undercooked rice. 10/10 avoid this place like the plague. I do not understand how this place has 3 stars.

Order was placed on doordash. Salmon was old and tasted horrible. Couldn't eat and tossed it. Tried calling but phone isn't connected and no one answered door dash either. Teriyaki chicken was good on a positive. However, I would not recommend it especially for the high price!

Fish seemed like it wasn’t cold enough, which makes me nervous. It’s a build your own bowl place and that’s tricky with a sushi bowl since most of the general public don’t know what flavors go together with this type of thing. The boba wasn’t great either. Too sweet and also not cold enough.
Service person was sweet and did what she could, but it seems they aren’t providing the quality in food or training and staff support that they need to make this place work.

My sister and I have been so excited to try this place and the food didn’t disappoint. The service on the other hand - was incredibly poor. Standoffish behavior from both women who were working. Didn’t greet us, and stared at us while they continued talking for a very long time while we were waiting to order. We tried to order boba too but the worker left the front to do a load of dishes and never ended up helping us. We were the only customers in here and it was in the middle of the afternoon, not near close.

walked in ready to order and the 3 young ladies working ignored us even though they were not doing much of anything behind the counter. ordered my boba and they made it the wrong way, tasted horrible…and that’s an understatement. Thought this establishment would leave a better impression but left very upset

The staff turn around here is a joke. The service is utterly slow and the only time the manager helps is when she is the only one working. It shouldn't take 5-10 minutes for my to-go order EVERY TIME especially when I arrive 10-15 minutes after placing it. Honestly thinking I'm done eating here as I don't have the entire lunch time to waste standing around WAITING FOR THE FOOD! Today it took 9 minutes because she made the woman who was ordering WHEN I arrived food before she made mine. And when I finally got mine no sorry for the wait no have a nice day just tossed my bag on the counter and walked away.

Treats employees TERRIBLY. Please buy food from a place that follows minor labor and food laws. Their food is over priced and mediocre anyway

I go here every chance I get. Yes, it's a little pricey but Lord is it worth it. Everyone there is SO nice and helpful. My only issue is that the AC is pretty loud in there so it's hard to hear what the workers are saying. Besides that, I 100% recommend this to everyone!!!

I usually give service industry people the benefit of the doubt but this was absolutely ridiculous. Came in on the night of 09/29/2024, my sick Fiancé is admitted at the hospital down the road and wanted to grab something quick for us to have instead of hospital food. The woman working could not have been more unhelpful, rude, and just foul to work with. I get that it's later on a Sunday and you probably don't want to be there, but as a first time customer, you've ruined any chance of me ever coming in and trying it again. Poke Toke in Cascade is an awesome alternative for people who are looking for something similar with staff that are always willing to help and explain things.

The food is really good, but the staff is a disaster. I'm afraid that they will spit in my orders now, but I thought the manager should know. We came in last Saturday afternoon (around 4pm), 6 people, all ordered a large bowl. The place was almost empty and there were two young women - one working on the boba, one in the back. We stood there a while and no one came to help us, eventually we asked the boba one and she fetched the one cutting stuff in the back. That one (young, light hair) looked furious. She came, served one bowl with extreme attitude and had to be begged to make another. Six people in an empty shop. We didn't ask for anything special, we didn't complain, just wanted to buy bowls - why the anger? It really was like a scene from a movie, it was so comical how rude she was, like a moody teenager. The other girl was really nice, but I was embarassed for her that her co-worker would behave like this.

We will come back, because the food is good and fresh, but the staff needs better training (or a hug?), because something like that should not have happened.
