We were traveling for our girls soccer club and the girls were in the mood for Poke. The reviews of this place didn't disappoint. Quick and great service. My girls told me that it was the best poke that they have had. We have a few decent poke places where we live, but if you are looking for fresh and tasty Poke - this is the place to go.

This location of Poke Toki is over by our friends' house, so Nate and I stopped in to grab some takeout lunch before visiting them recently. The menu is a bit different than their other location over on Northland Drive. It can be a bit overwhelming as there are a LOT of options, but I'd recommend going for one of the signature bowls. I got the chirashi don, which has a ton of stuff like egg, scallions, edamame, ahi, salmon, octopus, and more. It only comes in the large size, but other bowls come in a regular size too.The employees were helpful and the bowl was tasty. The ingredients all tasted fresh but I think I might try to build my own bowl next time. The space was clean but we took our bowls to go. They didn't include chopsticks in our to go bag, so be sure to check or ask for those. I also got a box of chocolate mochi ice cream to share with our friends - they were really good and not too sweet.

Regular lunch stop for me. I love that they offer different sizes, bc I can only eat a mini size and don't like to waste food. I always feel nourished but not stuffed when I leave. Super fresh ingredients and great mix of flavors & textures. Recommend!

Thankful to have this restaurant in Cascade! Ingredients seem very fresh and I keep craving their poke bowls and so many options to try! Love the spicy tuna build your own bowl with lots of toppings. Regular size was filling and affordable in my opinion so I’ll keep going here :)
