Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The service was horrible. I don’t normally write reviews but this place sucks. Don’t get me wrong I have never been to a Popeyes with good service but this took the cake. I ordered a spicy meal w/ fries and get to the window to pay. As soon as I reach my card up the lady goes “awe shit” and shuts the window (In hindsight it was probably because they didn’t have what I ordered and she just didn’t feel like mentioning it). So, after a wait she opens it up again and just takes my card and I get my food. The ENTIRE order besides the drink was wrong. I asked for fries they gave me red beans and rice. I asked for spicy tenders they gave me plain. If you looking for Popeyes avoid this one!

When ordering in drive thru today i had to keep retelling my order more than 6 times asking for the number three combo and she kept putting 3 peice tenders on. A lady then jumped on the intercom superceeding here and took my order as spoken but refused to change my sides to what i wanted and started talking over me when i tried to tell them my drink was not correct. Two minutes into a needless arguement with her she corrected my drink. I then did not recieve my full order... the food i did recieve was really good i just wish they gave me my full order and didnt rip me off and given me what i paid for

A friend an I went through the drive through 2/1 around 10pm and as I approached the intercom I said yes I have 2 separate orders the rude employee then said one order per car and that she didn’t want to take my order I have never in my life been so disgusted with rudeness in my entire life of living in Grand Rapids the fact that she was so brave enough to deny money as if it was her place of business that she runs was interesting as a business woman I would never have a employee like this I would never deny source of income to pay my employees expenses etc I will never support this Popeyes ever again and will express to corporate.

Paid $60 for old chicken and took an hour to deliver after changing the delivery time 3 times!!!

They mess up your order and make you feel like you are the bad guy when you go and complain

Attention to detail is non existent, we got the wrong order twice. Had ordered the ghost pepper sandwich without bacon just cheese and 3pc combo. The first order we got was tenders and then with the second order the sandwich didn’t have cheese which I’m pretty sure was extra. She didn’t even give us our receipt so we could show them what we had ordered.

I got a chicken sandwich and it was put together very sloppy and didn’t taste the best. Service was extremely slow and not super friendly. The restaurant did look fairly clean tho but wasn’t very dine in friendly.

Food is good, if you get your order done right. After a mixup at the register my receipt was way off from my order. They stried to fix it and it was still wrong. Simple order. Three 2 piece boxes with 2 sides each. 2 ordered with Mac h cheese and mashed potatoes one with fries and potatoes. They put it in as one with 2 mash. 1 with mash & frie@ and one with fries & mack. After correcting it we ended up with 2 mash, 2 mack & 2 fries.

Not the 1st time we had to correct the order at this location. And it's hard to understand what they are communicating

It took to long and they food looked old even tho the was fresh and I ordered spicy chicken and I waited for it and it still didn't seem hot

Was not busy. Workers barely acknowledged my presence. No smiles or cheerfulness. They seemed to almost be working in slow motion. Cleanliness was lacking. Not a place I'm likely to return to.

Drive thru young lady very aggressive! Got to the window & she was still aggressive & I felt like I was dealt with rudely! I didn't feel welcomed and/or appreciated! I hate goin to this Popeyes!! Good thing the food is great.

The food test has been subpar recently, with decreased quality and quantity. The previous staff is no longer present, and everything has changed.

Disappointed all around, it was actually my first time going and we ordered. It took a lot of back and forth for the two works to understand that the order was for "Katie". And then they didn't give us some stuff we paid for, the food was pretty cold and not super amazing. I'll probably give another location a shot. Lemonade was amazing though.

Just spent over 100 dollars for them to leave out almost $20 worth of food gave me all chicken no sides except biscuits
