Customer service was good but they were so busy they gave me 2 bottom buns for my sandwich and they gave me the wrong pie. 😑 You need to double check orders at all times. Doesn't make any sense. I will never again go there

Last week we visited popeye's. It was very good. The chicken is out of this world. Last night I visited Saginaw Street in lansing. I was very disappointed. The chicken was not fresh. I've had a nasty taste. For the First time.

My sandwich was dry the other day and they definitely made sure they got it right this time. It was so good! The food was fresh and they overcompensated when they were out of large macaroni by giving me three smalls. The only bad thing is they were out of lemonade but it didn't even matter it was delicious and I appreciated the meal.

Eat here every week—if not, every other week.

This time I had a big order and there was a misunderstanding during the time of placed order. Got home and was pretty bummed out. Called the store and spoke to Evan P (great customer service from the jump) and he was able to sort out the matter. I usually don’t leave reviews unless the service was either extremely great or baddd.

Seyvon great customer service and Ice and pleasant as soon as I walked for the door he had a beautiful smile and greeted me in here.The food was delicious and hot Jason Trenton and he's a wonderful management go.There is clean very nice.Everybody has a good spirit and good vibe

My Ebt didn’t work but the energy of the cashier was so refreshing even her learning Spanish because communication is key to a strong team chicken was good per usual also👍🏾
