It’s been a very long time since I came to this Popeyes there was always attitudes , never enough food , employees always arguing , come in for door dash sometimes they where rude so i stopped coming for a long time and I was there on 4/13 Very busy rush front counter and drive thru !! Lady Name Teetee , Ronni & young man Jalen was so helpful communicated when there was a wait for FRESH food , not a piece of frustrations or overstimulating they worked very WELL as a team , Jalen was in the kitchen and came to help the front I believe ronni was on drive thru and was helping front as well very good time work ! Absolutely was pleased .. best crew I seen her in a min thank you 3 for making my experience way better !! Will be back

They don't have a softer skinned chicken like KFCs original recipe.

They no longer carry ghost pepper wings unless they use a dry rub. Wings are very bland and flavorless. Plus the prices were very high. Will not go to any more Popeyes. I will just stick with Lee's famous recipe. Lee's has better flavor for about 2/3 of the price that you pay at Popeyes.

This could have been one of the best drive through experiences of my LIFE!
I had a lot of questions, and kept changing my mind,but BRANDY (I know, because I asked for her name) was exceedingly patient. She ended up helping get the best deal, for a large quantity of different foods.
YES, I Feel like something Special, and out of the ordinary has happened at POPEYES chicken tonight.

This is the best Popeyes to go to in Grand Rapids. From coming in to leaving out clean and employees are polite food be freshly cooked as I request every time without any problems. Thank you my peeps!!

Got 3 chicken sandwiches for me and some coworkers and 2 out of the 3 were bad! 1 was undercooked, could not bite into and completely cold in the middle and the 2nd one had a cooked abscess. Absolutely disgusting!! Went back just for the manager to tell us he couldn’t not give us a whole refund after showing proof of pictures and brining in one of the sandwiches that was bad! Would never step foot back into this place.
