The first time we visited Portico shortly after it’s opening our experience was amazing 5 star. The last two times we’ve been, service has been extremely poor and it’s felt like we’ve been invisible and ignored by staff. The last time we didn’t even get a waiter, the bartender took our order and she was busy serving guests behind the bar. The group next to us waited about hour and a half for their food.
