Got drinks with a friend on a Saturday night at like 9pm. I lovedddd the vibe of this place. Low lighting with ambient music. Definitely mood setter.Wasn’t crowded at all. Bartenders were super chill, and friendly. They have a few NA options…I had something in a bottle and enjoyed it.

Had after dinner wine & 2 kinds of Amaro, and fun with our bartender Kyle. We let him choose 2 Amaro labels to taste. Both sweet & citrus flavored, but the herby piney one took the prize for me.As oenophiles & nerdy scientists, we pointed out that the logo for the pub looks like the chemical symbol for Polonium. This was discovered by Marie Curie in 1898 and named for her home country of Poland. Consumption of Po can result in death and/or radiation sickness. Kyle assured us he had not poisoned our drinks!! We left feeling very happy & healthy! We highly recommend this comfortable “just enough” upscale establishment.See friendly Kyle in the Amaro bottles photo!

Nudged between a bar and salon on a quiet NorthEast street in Grand Rapids, Post Off brings a sort of welcoming and familiarity to a rather mundane part of town. The dark and cozy interior paired with the glowing personalities of all the bartenders will keep you for hours, while time passes unknowingly.Their genuine love and knowledge for natural wines pours out of them and you’ll leave craving more. With great drinks and even better bartenders, I have found my new hyper fixation place just a few blocks from my house :)

Jon’s service was outstanding and recommendations were professional. I cannot recommend Post Off more to locals and those from out of town looking for an experience with authentic service and a cultural diversity of adults beverages. Did I mention Jon’s service? I will be back!

Great rotating wines, good vibes, and even better bar tenders. Kyle and Lauren are super knowledgeable and if you're not sure what exactly you want or are inexperienced in wine, they're more than happy to help you find something you like. I also love that you're able to bring your own food in to eat while you drink. Great for a date night

I've been to Buffalo Traders multiple times, but hadn't tried Post Off next door until this past weekend. While it's primarily an amaro/wine bar, they also have some really nice cocktails. The French Press was like a light alcoholic cold brew and the Identity Theft was similarly tasty without the navy strength gin being too overbearing. Decor is cute, and service was very attentive!

I love the vibe here! Cozy, comfy, stylish seating, great lighting. The service is very cheerful and attentive. Nice music playlist. The crowd is friendly. I loved the champagne. There are three red selections on the menu and neither one really hit the mark. I love the "post off" concept, but I'm hoping for some improvement in the number and quality of the wines offered. I want this place to do well. One week later and I am compelled to edit my original post based on experience #2: Wow, Post Off! You blew me away last night. You increased the number of red wine offerings on your menu and the quality of wines was so elevated. The service was very attentive. I had the Rhône and the Nebbiolo and both were fantastic!! I will be a regular.

If you love wine and/or amaro, this is the place to go! The service is friendly and there's great conversation to be had bar-side. It's great to pop in as a post-dinner drink spot and you can even order an amaro affogato which might have been my favorite thing I tried! The selection is very good, the sommeliers know their stuff, and the vibe is contemporary without being pretentious. I'll definitely be back!

Chic wine and amaro-focused bar with excellent decor. Prices are pretty good for full bottles, average by the glass. Best for couples or small groups, I especially like the seating options in the front. Excited to come back and try some of the cocktails.
