My wife and I were in to this Qdoba restaurant this afternoon. We both had steak burritos. The food was excellent and the service was very friendly. The reason that I didn't rate them with 5 stars was because the dining room was dirty. We walked past 4 different tables that were dirty before we found a clean one, and the floor was in desperate need of sweeping. We would be more understanding if they had been busy, but it was 4:00 in the afternoon, and we were the only customers eating in the dining room. There were restaurant staff members that were standing around behind the counter that could have been cleaning tables and sweeping the floor. We observed a lot of good things going on, but please, work on cleaning up the dining room. Thanks!

Worst Qdoba I have ever been too. The African American dude with a nose piercing rushes his customers like he gets an incentive for how fast he messes up an order. Dude put too much Queso in my bowl before I could even say half and half for my queso. Then spammed me with “You want beans” while I’m trying to tell him I want white rice. The Hispanic dudes gave the tiniest portions, I got half a spoon of rice. I wouldn’t leave a review if this was a one time thing but it happens too much. Do better!
I hate dunking on service workers, having been there myself, but I've been here three times in a row and they've gotten my order wrong all three times.

Horrible!! Guacamole was slices of avocados - including the outside skins. Chips were raw, wet and bendy. Chicken was burnt. Bowl was only half-full and very small portion.
Employees looked miserable when I came in to pick it up. No greeting and zero warm vibes.

Ive been to this Qdoba a handful of times and it seems like everytime the portions are tiny, and the workers seem to not care about their jobs. Compared to other qdobas around the area this is definitely the worst one to go to in GR which is sad to say being that I love Qdoba over other places. Any time I see a worker with headphones in while actively working on a customers order, I know it's game over lol

Extremely disappointed. We usually prefer Chipotle but Qdoba was much closer to where we were. Never ever again. No heat in restaurant, we were literally shivering while eating!!! Portion sizes were laughably small. My kid got a "mini-bowl" and my regular bowl I kid you not had the same portion of meat. Asked for spoons as they were out and the girl acted so bothered that she had to do something. Overall even the food was very mediocre. Didn't taste fresh. This location and Qdoba in general is a joke...more expensive and smaller portions. Make it make sense...smh.

If I could give this place a zero I would!! I walked into this honestly clean and quiet environment, charmed at first. Expectations were high, being used to the also flawed chipotle location, surely this place could be better… WRONG!! I was “greeted” by stares from a lackluster lineup of employees (only two employees on deck). As I walked up to order my food, my wandering eyes noticed that the lady who was about to take my order had recieved a call. Oh well, i thought, maybe it would take a minute… WRONG!!! 5 minutes later we were still waiting, bellies empty, waiting to get our orders taken, meanwhile this disgrace of an employee is chatting away on her phone. Safe to say we will not be returning to this location anytime soon.

Very hit or miss. Unfortunately today’s visit was a miss and has been as of recently. Crunchy hard rice and lacking on the ingredients. Some ingredients left off for whatever reason. Protein being skimped. One of the elements of being able to create your own bowl is choosing more or less for ingredients. That’s often overlooked and you just get the ‘regular amount’. Adjusting flavor variants helps create flavor profiles customers look forward to.

Sunday December 1-2024 Manager was rude. Every employee was rude as well. Service was subpar this location used to have phenomenal service. We used to attend every weekend now it’s once in a blue moon because service is so bad we miss Ronnie.

Burrito ended up tasting mostly like rice. Like so many others have said, the protein portions are skimped on. It wasn’t just on my meal either. Happened to everyone in line. I see customer service in here apologizing but the restaurants either are being told to do something different or they just don’t care. They charge enough to make a good product, but something is very broken with their priorities and what they think they should be serving customers.

This store is the worst! But here goes what happen tonight….
When we walked in, Ashley(if that’s her real name) did not greet us and said what you want. So we greeted her and told her she should greet customers and not ask what they want! She had an attitude the entire time! Then at the end, tossed my food on the counter with no bag. So I had to ask for a bag and a receipt. Then she roughly tossed it in the bag and walked away. I then had to yell to the back for someone to come back to the front and talk to me. When asked for a manager, Maddy(if that’s her real name) was too busy trying to defend a situation she wasn’t even apart of without hearing me out. She also refused to give me corporate number! Every time I visit this store it’s a problem! They will never receive any more of my hard earned money and needs to deal with their workers. Things could have gotten really violent tonight based off how they handled themselves in the store!
Okay, I try my best not to leave bad review but I'm so over this place! The customer service here has repeatedly been rude. I've done a couple surveys, I've reached out to the complaint department and tried to continue eating here but it just seems like the service gets worse! Literally didn't even order my good because of the service we received! However, my wife proceeded with her order, and the girl at the counter and management were both terrible! This is unacceptable and I swear I will never eat qdoba again!
