I placed a pickup order for my daughter and I over the weekend. I had not picked up before and thought I would give it a try. My order took longer than expected, so I looked for a seat. All of the tables were dirty and had not been cleaned up after lunch. This was about 3pm, so I was a bit grossed out.

Colin was an absolute peach taking my order. He was very personable, warm and welcoming. I had a pleasant experience throughout the entire process with all the employees working! To top it off food was delicious!

Hard to score a perfect 5 star because I got my order to-go and my food wasn't hot by the time I got home and ate it. Certainly wasn't the fault of the store...Servers were friendly and attentive.Store was a bit dirty on first impression, but they were busy.Generally love Qdoba and I wasn't disappointed.

I don't ever write reviews, but this experience was so laughable, I had to...... Starting off, there was a group in front of me and they were laughing at the portions they were being given. When it got to me, I was given the smallest amount of rice one could imagine. I then asked for more rice and the response I got was "I guess" in an annoyed tone. he proceeded to add maybe 15 grains of rice to my burrito. then for the chicken..... it was the smallest scoop I have ever seen, comparable to the meat on one children's taco at any other establishment. The lettuce was brown, and to top it all off, it took over 30 minutes to get through the line. I get the people were training..... but come on... 30 minutes is just outrageous to put 9 things on a shell. Once I started to eat the burrito, it was all cold from the long wait in the line. The chicken had an overwhelming bitter taste from it being burnt. And something I couldn't believe, the rice was super chewy. HOW DO YOU MESS UP RICE LIKE THAT!!!Cliff notes:- bad service (the older gentleman was very kind however)- cold food- burnt chicken and undercooked rice- way to long of a wait- they ration food like they can't make more- JUST DRIVE 3 MINUTES DOWN THE ROAD TO THE QDOBA ON NORTHLAND DRIVE!! TRUST ME!!!!
