Just order a 'mini bowl' instead of the 'creat a bowl'. It's all the same amount. Received my creat a bowl, the regular size and it had the same amount as my mom with the mini bow. So GlAd I pAiD $10 MORE.

Great service but when u order online they stiff you on portions. I have worked her before and am disappointed everytime I order online I get small small serving sizes. I’m not paying 15$ for one bowl with in proper portions. Do better in the future.
Eat here more than I’d like to admit. One time they screwed up & gave me a freebie for it. Everybody is cool, food is fresh & good no matter if it’s Tuesday afternoon or Friday night.

I counted 26 beans in my burrito bowl. Half a scoop of steak. $14. Pathetic.
Good food, friendly service, decent prices and portions. But also, who is chopping the vegetables here? I want fajita veggies but maybe not an entire pepper

This is usually our go to for Qdoba. Ordered last night and my bowl was missing the meat, fajita veggies, another bowl ordered was missing queso. We also waited for over 10 minutes for our pre-ordered mobile order. This isn't the first time this has happened, but it was the worst.

When they were making my burrito, and after they finished it when they wrapped it, it was literally falling out of the tortilla, and the tinfoil wasn’t even covering the whole burrito when I asked for them to re-wrap it. She rolled her eyes and shook her head and started whispering under her breath. Honestly, customer service is horrible and I work in customer service and I’ve never had an experience like this.
I went in acouple days ago I almost immediately noticed a tension between the workers specifically the female manger with red hair and looked to be wearing a lot of makeup on the northland location. Once i asked for a little more queso on my bowl she kinda rolled her eyes at me and proceeded to put almost more than half of my bowl of queso. I come in here a lot and this just was something i never would’ve expected from here. She had hella attitude towards me and seemed to just not spread a good vibe towards the people around her. I think she needs to be checked on she does not bring good quality to the store.

I was shocked. I arrived and told the staff member at the register what Togo order I was there for. It was ready but not bagged yet. Yet he STOPPED bagging it 3 times to help people in line that moved up the line to pay even though I WAS STANDING THERE WAITING. All three of which were there AFTER I had sent in my pickup order. Just wow absolutely ridiculous.
