Reds at Thousand Oaks

We had a wonderful experience and a delightful brunch at Reds. The view was great and we had exceptional service. We highly recommend this new find and will definitely be back.

The wine education with the dinner was a nice touch.

Visited the dining room overlooking the golf course. It is a very nice facility.

The meals were very good and well presented. Most menu items were stand-alone, so if you want, bread, salad, veggies, etc. these need to be ordered separately. The server was friendly but very inattentive, never checking back on drinks, etc.

Worse dinning experience ever. Went with a group of 6 adults and 1 child to celebrate a birthday. One persons order was wrong three times, had to go to the hostess stand two different times as our waitress was MIA ( it was not busy at all), then had to go the hostess stand asking for a manager as our bills were so messed up after the waitress trying 3 times to fix her mistakes. What makes it even more worse is that I have reached out to the restaurant, and 4 days later have heard nothing back from them. Our first and last time going there.

We went to Reds for date night and had a great experience. The drinks were tasty, and the pizza was flavorful. Rachel was a good server. The food runner Matt was attentive also. The Deck is lovely.

I had dinner Wednesday evening (7/24/24) at Red's I always so look forward to dining at Red's at least once or twice each summer. My favorite meal is the pizza. Wednesday, I ordered pizza with ham. I started eating without realizing that the majority of the ham "chunks" were fat and not meat. I was so disgusted. I removed all the ham and tried to eat the pizza plain but felt sick doing so. I took the pizza home but ended up throwing it out. The server was nice enough to remove the charge for the ham. But the experience was disgusting, and I still feel a little sick to my stomach.

Reds on the Rogue River was my favorite restaurant. Over looking the Rogue River with open patio seating. It was so relaxing to visit the ("Old Reds").
I came to Reds on the Thornapple Golf Course. The atmosphere and customers are very different then your (average) patrons. It has a flux of rude and arrogant guest. On other days, the customers are very nice and welcoming. Overall, the staff itself has always been nice to me.
The food menu is awesome with an exceptional chef that cooks here. The food always tasted amazing.
I would classify this specific restaurant for upper to middle class incomes.

Love this place for the atmosphere. And have had lots of good food here. Do not order the the sea bass. Over chooked and terrible flavor. It came out like a fried piece of fish. Other food on the table was good.

Half of our food was good. Half was over done. Service was horrible. We did not get offered the Father’s Day special which is why we came. Didn’t get bread until after appetizers and 10 min before our food. Our waitress almost never checked on us when the restaurant was NOT busy. We wanted to order drinks once our food came but she never came back until we were all done and ready for the bill. Never bussed our table, which i don’t know about you, i would rather not have a table full of dirty dishes.
Side notes, we saw her walking around, just would not come to our table. We got there at 5, and didn’t leave until 7 just because of how slow the service was.
