This was my go-to bar when I lived in the Grand Rapids area. The staff knows how to adapt to every customer's personality and make them feel welcomed. I have also always appreciated the good food and drink knowledge of most of the bartenders.
I’ve been coming to this bar since I was a kid (with family obviously, and I’m 35 now). After a 4 year break I came back and while it looks a bit new on the inside it still has the atmosphere and friendliness I remember and love, even under the new ownership.

Only had drinks but it felt pretty basic as far as bars go. Wasn't outstandingly clean in there and the open mic comics were 'meh'. Probably not a bad spot to kickback but not my first choice in this city.
