Crook for a GM. Under staffed, filthiest Hotel we ever stayed. Not one working toilet and is running from responsibility of dealing with us. Suresh Patel is nothing but a thief and is not running this place up to any codes. I’m reporting everything to the state of Michigan!!
We had three rooms reserved adjacent to each other. In the first room, the chair in the room was fithly, covered in stains, dirty and crusty white stuff. The second room had hair and liquid all over the toilet and was generally grubby. The third room found a bed bug within minutes of being in the room. At this point we decided to leave. This property would not even be open in a good city but Grand Rapids is a price gouging dump. This hotel should be $100 a night max. $170 is a TOTAL RIP OFF. Will be disputing charges on my credit card. Completely dissatisfied with my stay. Never again.
