We had three rooms reserved adjacent to each other. In the first room, the chair in the room was fithly, covered in stains, dirty and crusty white stuff. The second room had hair and liquid all over the toilet and was generally grubby. The third room found a bed bug within minutes of being in the room. At this point we decided to leave. They would only refund the money from the room the bug was found in. I have tried contacting the general manager with zero response. Was told...

Nice buffet. 6 main dishes. Different flavors and meat and veggies options. Didn't know it was located in the hotel overlooking the Grand River.

Tasty breakfast with great views of the water and fairly priced. Unexpectedly good eggs and breakfast sandwich with turkey. They let you pay at the register after your meal, so you don’t feel rushed.
