The food is not bad. The service was fantastic and we enjoyed the atmosphere. We will be back. It was a nice, quiet place to take the kiddos for a reasonably priced, filling breakfast.

This Russ' was an amazing time! The food was good, both breakfast and dinner. The service was all amazing, everyone who has served me so far was a cheerful individual who made me feel very welcome. Will definitely be going here again!

Ordered a chicken sandwich, chicken was not fully cooked, did not get the fries that I ordered to go with it. My meatloaf sandwich was ok. My daughter's grilled cheese sandwich, the bread was burned.

Food is good. Service is friendly. Menu is age diverse and selection is varied. Like eating here every so often.

Server ignored me so obviously food had sauces that I requested she kindly make sure gets removed and the food was good but when sat table was clearly not clean and when she tried to didn't put any effort into it and surprisingly the cost has gone up a small amount not surprised but wish it was kept more simple.

As a Michigan native, we have visited many of this chain over the years. It's unfortunate that the remaining few have gone downhill. We were there with 4 adults and 1 child. Had fish, chicken sandwich, burger, taco salad, and kids grilled cheese. None of the meals came out at the same time. My fish was soggy when it came to the table and nobody's fries were seasoned. Husbands burger was well done when he asked for medium, grilled cheese was cold, and my dad's taco salad didn't come to the table until almost 10 minutes later. When we asked, she said "oh I'm so sorry, I forgot it in the microwave." Huh? They no longer have regular plates, but metal disks that spin all around the table while you're attempting to cut and eat. $66 for lunch and I don't feel that it was worth that at all. We all left with stomach aches and we won't be back.

Great experience overall. Love the ceiling painted to look like a sky with some fluffy clouds. I had soup and a 1/2 sandwich - only $10 ?. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable. Love the family -friendly atmosphere and that the business has been around for so long. They must be doing something right! I'll continue to support them whenever I'm around and hungry! ?

The food was merely passable. Not worth the price. Our waitress kept forgetting items and then still had to be reminded a couple of times. She patiently wrote everything down, but then still couldn't get it straight. She gave us a free dessert to make up for it, but still needed reminders to get that.Frustrating.

Classic diner, one time I got salad bar and they didn’t have cottage cheese and lady said she could get me some. Then I was charged $5.95 for cottage cheese side. I was livid. This was 2010 too!

It took an extremely long time for the food to come out. We sat for about 45 minutes from the time we ordered to the time the food arrived. Server was not very attentive. Russ' needs to up their game.
