Stopped by for the all-you-can eat Wednesday fish dinner. The meal came with fried tilapia, fries, and coleslaw. The fish was quite greasy with a thick coating of batter. I ordered a slice of coconut cream pie for dessert. Nothing stood out as above average. Service was ok.

Great food. The service was awesome. The salad bar was pretty sparse though.

Loved their soup and salad bar. Coconut cream pie hit the spot afterwards.

I asked for two chocolate malts 15 minutes they show up in new cup sizes lids falling off and just unacceptable.

Had the salad bar and asked if they will the items that were low. 20 minutes go by and I ask again. 5 minutes later only one thing was filled.

Russ's has gone way downhill.

I really think they should close.

I'm so happy they brought back the Cream Puffs. The Chicken dinner is very good.

If you've been to Russ' you already know. It's an old people hot spot. I don't know what they put in their salad dressing but I'd eat it with a spoon.

The waitress pretty much ignored us the whole time we had to ask another for one refills. We had onion rings that were basically raw ? it's definitely gone down hill.

Ate lunch with my husband today, and was served by Nicole. She is the best waitress who is very attentive, friendly, and sincerely cares about your overall experience while dining at Russ’s on Plainfield Ave. Thank you, Nicole! We will certainly be back!
