Great meal however unsure why we paid $40 for a reservation. Would not recommend doing that as it wasn't necessary.

Lamb chops were fantastic ! Cooked to perfection !! The wedge salad and sweet potato casserole They were to die for !!!!!!

Caitlyn did a great job as server. Desk hostess did not smile at guests or great them as we presented ourselves. However, the host who brought us to our seats made up for her in that he welcomed us beautifully. All was excellent

We went here for our first time last night for my wife's birthday and we couldn't have been more satisfied with our visit. Our server was amazing and the food was absolutely incredible!

My wife and I enjoy coming here for our anniversary and once again, another amazing dinner here at Ruth Chris. Our server Ellie was very pleasant, attentive and very knowledgeable with the drinks and menu. Nathan made sure our water glasses were always full and our table cleaned for each course. The New York strip with scallops was perfect. As was the asparagus and goat cheese/artichoke dip. Yes, this restaurant is expensive but well worth it.

The service was excellent and the seating was perfect. My wife ordered a pork chop which was a little dry but the rest of the food was delicious. The price seemed to have jumped a little since the last time we were there but it is probably just keep up with the rest of the economy. I had booked the reservation in advance and had to pay for the attendance policy which I totally understand due to probably being burn in no shows in the past. After not receiving my refund , I contacted the restaurant and Open table reservations. I was called back immediately and the person who spoke to me was extremely polite. She advised that the problem which is partially if not a majority my fault and was refunded my reservation fee. I would highly recommend this dining experience.The staff prior to dinner , during dinner and after dinner was excellent

We had a great night at Ruth Chris! Our meal was absolutely delicious and the service from our waiter Brad was outstanding! All of us ordered the ribeye and it did not disappoint! They were all cooked to perfection, and my leftovers made an amazing steak and egg breakfast the next day.😎 I will always love Ruth Chris and will always come back!

My husband & I have been coming here since the first year they opened the restaurant at the Amway Grand Hotel. This year we added a special guest, my 7 year old grand daughter who was excited to go, "Fancy" with her Glamma & Papa! The food was amazing as always. The service was a disappointment. Our waiter came to re-fill our water glasses (husband & I ) he left without filling up my grand daughters glass which was also low. It irritated me! She is also a guest here and deserved the same service! I had to ask him to please fill her glass as well. We were also disappointed that they did not serve us the anniversary dessert that we always have had. Not sure if this was no longer happening or if it was the service. My grand daughters meal came with ice cream. We did not know this until we had asked if we could get the chocolate mousse dessert. He then brings that dessert with her ice cream and advised us that her meal comes with the ice cream. Mind you, he had been to our table twice to take our bill and which we were not ready. We wanted that free anniversary dessert. We felt forgotten a bit as they were busy. Then we felt rushed a bit to pay our tab and was not offered the special lil anniversary dessert we have always had. We were offered to buy dessert off the menu. It just all sat wrong with us. Things seemed off with the service with the main guy. Because you know, they have several helpers! The helpers were more attentive then the waiter honestly. We have been doing Ruths Chris for our anniversary for however many years this location has been open. A disappointment this time around for sure. I dont like leaving negative reviews when theres more good with Ruths Chris than bad that we have experienced. Sometimes,all it takes is one time to ruin, what once was a good exciting time. Like I said we had our grand daughter with us to go "Fancy" and she was so excited. I felt she was forgotten and thats not okay. She was the most beautiful girl in the place!

A+++ Wow we are absolutely blown away by the quality, service and ambience. We truly felt special and had an absolutely wonderful experience.

Everything was awesome. The stuffed chicken and filet were amazing. We had the pecan sweet potatoes, augratin potatoes, lobster mac n cheese, shrimp, and French onion soup and every one was fabulous. Even the bread was warm and delicious. Even leftovers the next day were yummy. Couldn't have been any better!

As always a great meal at Ruth Chris. Service was great, food was delicious. The steak and lobster were cooked to perfection.
