Absolutely amazing experience. I came in a week before my reservation to work out a plan to propose to my girlfriend. They were so amazingly accommodating and the entire night went perfect. Special thank-you to our server, Caiden, and manager Tarah, for making this special moment go smoothly.

I USED TO GO TO RUTH CHRIS A LOT & SPECIFICALLY FOR THE LOBSTER TAILS MY FAV FAV! THEY USED TO BE A DECENT SIZE 14DOLLARS SERVED WITH SLICED LEMON & LOBSTER BUTTER! JIS FABULOUS! BUH NOW I'VE BEEN THERE& I DON'T LIKE IT AM COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED BCUZ NOT ONLY THE LOBSTER TAILS ARE NOW SMALL& THIN SERVED WITH NO SLICED LEMONS OR LOBSTER BUTTER THE PRICE IZ NOW 21 DOLLARS! SOOOO UPSETTING! 💯 & DISAPPOINTING! I DON'T MIND THE PRICE! BUH GETTING SERVED NOT THE SAME & THE L.T. BEING SMALL IZ A PROBLEM! I DON'T THINK I'LL EVER GO BACK TO RUTH'S CHRIS'S! BOOOOO!!! My boyfriend and I were in town for comicon. We were not able to snag a seat at the restaurant itself however our hotel had a small parlor where you could order drinks and they allowed you to order dinner from there.
We order the porterhouse for 2, mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts.
The dinner was amazing. The steak was cooked
Perfectly and had amazing flavor. I am a huge mashed potatoes fan, they were amazing. The Brussels sprouts were out of this world’!

We went for our 5 year anniversary and were greeted with rose petals on the table and a complimentary champagne toast . Dinner was amazing. We then were provided with a anniversary dessert with hand crafted message written in chocolate. Great ambiance and private areas for a romantic meal.

Been here twice and our food has always been great! The chicken is so good!!!! One of the best martinis I’ve ever had also! My husband loves this place! Service was very good also!

We frequent Ruth’s quite often and the food and staff were wonderful as usual. While the atmosphere is a warm classic one this time I was completely grossed out.

It was a busy night so my husband and I decided to sit in the open seating in the bar area. Tucked back in the corner where it usually feels pretty cozy. This time however was different. The amount of dust and debris that welcome us was a bit appalling for this type of establishment. The booth was sticky, the dust was piled on and there were dead fruit flies stuck to pleather. I wanted to get up and leave but my husband was really wanting a steak. I sat and took it until I couldn’t anymore. I took two of the extra napkins and cleaned the booth down. What I saw on the black napkin afterwards pushed me to the point that I did not order any food. Not the case for my husband but hey… any way I was completely grossed out and it made me think what does the kitchen look like if I can see out here but I can’t see in there !?!

Our waitstaff was very pleasant. On a side note to management though please put details of items on your menus. If there’s a dish that you “don’t allow” to be split don’t make your staff have the burden of telling people that. It makes that part of the dining experience enjoyable and awkward for both sides. There have also been two times that we’ve been in and we’re refused dessert because they had to ask the kitchen if it was ok to make it- end of night but still a good 30 minutes before closing time. Also makes us feel like we aren’t valued as customers during these times, but like I said all of our experiences aren’t like this. Just offer 5 start service as a whole if the restaurant is going to rave about being a 5 star restaurant.
