Sahara Bistro Mediterranean Cuisine

Food was decent except for the pita bread, which is usually something I'd look forward to visiting a Mediterranean restaurant. My waiter was polite but brought out my soup at the same time as my meal..forcing me to choose which one I was going to eat. Portions were also pretty small and prices were quite high compared to similar restaurants in the area, even when considering a lunch portion. Atmosphere was clean, but nothing special.

Interior could use a renovation but is otherwise allright. Food wait time is higher than normal expect to wait 7 or more min for your order than expected/ told

Was welcomed immediately! Service was excellent and informative and the food came out quickly. The salad w the fried pita had a KILLER dressing. The hummus was very very disappointing. Rice pudding was more pudding than rice, tasty though. I hope it improves because this spot was an atmospheric delight.

This is my second time trying this place and I got the same thing both times which was chicken wings, and fries. The first time I have chicken wings were fried extremely too hard and my fries were undercooked. The second time the wings were mostly drums, but really fatty grizzly pieces, and the fries were soggy to the Touch And hard when I bit into them like they were not cooked all the way I’m not sure am I supposed to say cook everything well done or crispy but I don’t think I will try them again.

This place is incredible. Some of the best Mediterranean I have ever had. The depth of flavor and spices was amazing, everything was perfectly cooked, and moderately priced. Service was a little slow but worth the wait in my opinion. Support your local small businesses by being patient and understanding. The food is well worth it.

Have had the falafel and the chicken shawarma. Both very delicious. Also had the hummus, very good. Service is great too.

Picked up a gyro and a couple falafel for lunch takeout. Service was friendly and prompt. Food was delicious, and in fact wish I’d ordered more falafel. Best falafel I’ve had and the gyro was good too.

It is very hard for me to eat out because of my food allergies but Sahara made it so easy and made me feel very welcomed. The server was great and friendly, the food was well seasoned and warm. The customer service was really just above and beyond, would 100% recommend!

Dietary restrictions: I said I had a soy bean allergy and they made sure to alert me of everything on the menu with soy and helped me avoid it to the best of their ability. They even called me back to alert me they had switched out the sauce that came with the sandwich I ordered because it had soy in it. Very accommodating and flexible.

The place is very welcoming and clean. The gentleman who was at the front and also waiting tables was great. Super friendly and gave us all information being it was our first time. The food was great. We had the Shish combo for 2, it was perfect.
