Grand Rapids Communities! Wake up please… this place extremely over price. They don’t greet you when walk into their business. If you don’t order ahead of time, they passive aggressively will tell you your wait time will 30-60 minutes. The limited veggies available is a disgrace especially for as close to the demographic area they serve the most. We all must be wise on what a business can bring to the community members besides meat, meat, meat, and pop, and lack of variety of fresh vegetables and fruit and respectful and professional greetings, and communication. The over pricing here is disgusting.

Food is fine, but they're pretty expensive for what you get. They demand payment up front (so be prepared to give your card over the phone), and wait times are pretty egregious. When you get your food its great, but the process to do so is an absolute slog, seems to take forever despite nobody being there. Fried Rice and Katsu: taken over 40 minutes multiple times.

First off the place is very misleading smells GREAT from the outside…but y’all gonna charge 10.50$ for fried rice that you only put five frozen over cooked shrimp in that you cut up to make it look more??? Then I waited 25 mins…FOR WHAT THERE WAS LITERALLY NO ONE THERE!!!!! I’ll never be dining here again and imma BIG BACK BIG BACK y’all lost out on some buckets…

Love the food. Food is outstanding.
Don’t like that I put an order in at 6:25, it said it would be ready at 7:04. Showed up at 7, foods not done. It’s going to be another 40 minutes. They didn’t acknowledge the order until after I was there at the pickup time.

Tell me when it will be done, then meet that time…not more than double that time. 5 minutes late, no problem. 10 minutes, ok. 130% beyond what you told me, not ok.

Had a taste for Japanese food today, ordered for my friend and myself. My order was for a large shrimp fried rice, a large chicken fried rice, spring rolls side of garlic butter and a crab Rangoon. It came to a total of $30.72, I was looking forward to going home, to a wonderful feast.I took out, our fried rice and the other items, my friend opened her chicken fried rice, and there was small pieces of cut up chicken, on top. I opened my shrimp fried rice, and there was not any shrimp on the top of my rice. I right away, called the restaurant, to let the lady that had waited on me, know that the shrimp wasn't on the top of my rice. She stated that it was on top, I informed her, that I was looking at it, and that there was not any shrimp on top.She told me I could bring it back, when I got there I told her again, that there was no shrimp on top. She went on to say that she checked, it and saw the shrimp. I told her, if you think I ate the shrimp, and would drive all the way back here to get more. That was just outrageous, that I am a ground women. And no way, in the world I would do anything like that.I asked her, if I could talk to the cook, because he would be able to know, if he placed the shrimp on top. And even my friend saw that there was not any shrimp on top.They prepared the shrimp, which were, about 4 small shrimps, cut in pieces. I was so upset, that I told her, that I would not be coming back there, ever. When I got home, I called, back and asked to speak the manager, she stated that she was the manager.This ordeal is really weighting on me, that was my first time even going there. And to experience something like that, is something that I have never, ever experienced in my life, and I will be 69 yes old in July. Just to think, that she thought I was, trying to be dishonest, is so terrible. And if this, is the way you treat your customers, I will advise anyone, to not patronize their business.

Ordered in person, the lady was welcoming, however the food was atrocious. Quality and portions were very disappointing due to the price for a little amount of food AND flavorless and BLAND meal. Rice is over salted, noodles are flavorless and the protein is bland! YOU get better quality and way much bigger portions at a hibachi instead.
