Very nice and friendly employees. Very affordable food. And to top it all off, nothing beats good home cooking BBQ.
Small order of beef tips (sufficient for one person) and an entire corn on the cob cost me $11.50. There is no where in Grand Rapids where you are getting a full home style BBQ meal for anywhere near that price.
I'd go here over a restaurant any day of the week and twice on Sunday.

My order was more bones than meat, lesser quantity than in the past. I have been coming for a few years. I always loved the flavor and generous portions, but this will definately be the last visit!!!!They're not very friendly.I am very disappointed!!

We've been enjoying Sandmann's BBQ for years, after we first tried their Soul Food Sundays. This time we had it catered and it sure didn't disappoint. Ursula was so helpful with pairings and recommendations. It was definitely the hit of the party! Don't miss a chance to catch them on 28th St!
