The staff ( I assume manager) was very unhappy we had a large group. While I of course understand that can be taxing on a restaurant and its staff, he could have handled it differently. He mentioned at least 20 times we should have called ahead (we had tried to months ago actually- emailed and called with no response). We were the only people there and had no problem waiting for the service and kitchen due to being a larger group. We all sat at different tables and paid our own bills so it was essentially just 6-7 tables on a Saturday afternoon. Seems like a restaurant should be prepared for that. There were still 4-5 empty tables inside and all empty bar stools. He told us that we would have to be patient and that a 20 percent tip would automatically be added onto our bills. No problem (although I hope the top went to the server and kitchen, not the rude manager). The kitchen was actually really fast and the food was delicious but the manager’s attitude really ruined the experience. While we were there, he locked the door so no other customers could enter, but no one tried. I’m guessing since they had no customers, word has gotten around about the rude manager. We brought in hundreds of dollars on what would have otherwise been an empty restaurant but were treated so poorly. The server (a young man) was great, and again the food was awesome. Get a new manager and we’ll be back.

I was in here today to get a grub hub and I was treated terrible by Andre. After looking at other reviews I see he has had other complaints so I just wanted to say that he spoke to me like I was stupid and was so condescending. This was not okay and I hope his boss handles my complaints in some kind of way because people don’t deserve to be treated that way. To make it worse I called the restaurant to ask his name and the lady who answered (who he was flirting with when I walked in, maybe the hostess) refused to help me and she hung up on me. So if anyone knows of how I can reach corporate please let me know.

Totally chill and I love that the have an outdoor stage and seating out doors as well. So cool that you can get your sandwich pre dipped in whatever special delicious juice they have. Its so good your gonna dump it all over your sandwich anyway. Might as well let them make it even everywhere. Lol Very active in the community is a plus for me too!

First time I was there the food & service was fantastic, I even went back inside to tell the lady I would be back again. Second time I brought my son & his family with me & this time around the service was absolutely horrible. We sat for 20 minutes waiting to even put in an order for drinks & then put in our food order also. Well food arrived & still no drinks in about the 10 minutes it took to whip up the hotdogs & fries we ordered. Even had to ask the guy who was I guess managing the place if he could check on drinks when he delivered the food. Really upsetting especially with a $71 bill.

First and last time to ever eat at this joint! All we wanted was to enjoy some fun music and try the food. We arrived after our friends and they already had their food. My husband and I sat patiently and waited. No one acknowledged us. So we alerted the manager that we joined their table and he was rude from the start til the end, telling us we would be made to leave if we didn’t leave the wait staff alone. Wait what???? After waiting 15 minutes a waitress (who was also very rude) took our order. We ordered fries, Pepsi, vanilla shake, cheesey Italian beef with sweet peppers. The fries and shake and Pepsi came pretty quickly. We waited very patiently for the sandwich. Figuring as they kept telling us, we are very busy. Two people after us got their sandwiches. So my husband finally got the waitresses attention and asked where our sandwich was. She never apologized. She made it seem like it was our fault for us not getting the sandwich. And when it finally came it wasn’t even what we ordered. My husband told the waitiress that he wasn’t happy we waited 45 minutes for our sandwich. So the manager comes over stating “one more word and you are leaving. That we needed to stop chirping at the waitresses he wasn’t going to put up with that. He wanted to come to our table sooner and tell us this. So asking for your food and what they have on draft I guess is a bad thing???? This manager is the worst ever. Rude beyond. We understood they were busy. We were the ones who were patient and understanding. This manager and his waitresses. NOT SO MUCH. Not to mention the sandwich was garbage.

Today is August 16, 2025 Went to this place for really 1 reason to listen to the band, decided to try their food again, oh well let me explain something first, years ago in Chicago my parents owned a place like this and I learned a lot about how to fix this type of food, not only from them but also a class I took at Vienna Beef in Chicago, Il I ordered a Italian Beef sandwich, my lady ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, and ordered a basket of fries, It took awhile but the food came, my beef sandwich was sort of Luke warm, not at the correct temperature for a hot sandwich, my wife's chicken was done correctly. The waitress was busy , actually only 2 ladies waiting on tables, and yes they were busy. My friends showed up and sat down, it took about 15 minutes for the waitress to come by and see what they wanted, they also ordered a basket of fries and Italian Beef Sandwich, they also ordered drinks, the drinks took about 15 minutes again, but the fries came and no sandwich, by the time the waitress came back to check on us we asked about the sandwich they ordered, she went and checked this out, came back and said the order was in and they must have forgot to fix it, well 45 minutes later the sandwich came to our table. I asked out waitress what type of beer was on draft, the manager came over and said to quit bothering the waitress, I said I just asked to see what was on draft, he told me i could get up and get the beer at the bar myself, well i did that . Then maybe 10 minutes later the manager I think he was came to our table and said either we stop bothering the waitress or we could leave, told him we were asking questions about how long our food was taking, he got rude and said he was not going to put up with us bothering our waitress. Actually if we were bothering her , it was only to ask about our food and drinks. If he was so concerned about the service he could of stepped up and did something himself instead of being a bother to us. Our table paid our bills and left never to step foot in that place ever again. 1. Poor Management 2. Poor Servers 3. Poor Food, was not like Chicago Style I remember 4. Why go to a place to get bothered by the manager and him not take care of the real Issue, 5. Stay Away From This Place Period

The atmosphere was good, but the food runner had absolutely no manners. I understand it was loud, but that doesn’t give you the right to scream in customers' faces. We did not receive our drinks until 17 of us finished our meals:/

The description and what you get seem to be different things. For the price, a stale bun, bland chili sauce wasn't what we were expecting. The fries were the bomb!!! Seems like a great hang out kind of place with outdoor music. Wouldn't drive downtown just to go here.
