The worst experience I’ve ever had at an establishment. The manager there( or so called manager) was the biggest piece of *%~€+* I’ve ever met. Just so rude and unprofessional.

1. Why would you have a non public space in the front of house for non guest?!?!?!Anything that's a workers stuff belongs in the back of house( front of house means the floor of the restaurant where the customer's sitBack of house means the back of the restaurant where customer's can't see.2. Food was nasty and super over priced . No flavor at all.3. Drinks were ok but wish I could have gad more but took over 15 mins just to get another one4. Server was "overwhelmed " with one table and half the restaurant empty? Really? Don't hire staff that can't Handel more then one table at a time!.5. Bathrooms where clean and nice!! Only thing nice I can say about this restaurant.6. Had a totalt of 8 lights out so if they don't care about the restaurant in that tiny aspect what elts do they not care about .7 I'll never be back super expensive for a nasty sandwich. With no flavor o and also fries are not includedI'll never never be back!!8. Good luck ?

Had a really unwelcome experience with a group of 20 people. From the moment we got there it did not feel like they wanted us there.
We were there for karaoke with Mikey, whom we love. Not many places have karaoke on Mondays so we went to support the karaoke and celebrate the birthday girl.
This place is probably best for take out food - they don’t seem to want to have people in there to have a good time, drink, eat… you know… the things you do in a bar to spend money.

Today was my first time going. Had a shot and brew with my brother. We both grabbed Italian beefs to go. Delicious, hot and well seasoned. Our bartender I think was the owner was a pretty cool guy laid back and the atmosphere ? super cool. I'm definitely going back and I heard the Chicago dogs are awesome as well. Keep up the good work!!!

Stopped in for the first time today. Immediately, it becomes apparent it’s much larger than it appears from the outside, complete with a full bar, bar seating and a music stage area.Most importantly, the food is AMAZING!! The sandwich’s are huge and extremely flavorful and the fries have really great seasoning on them too. We saw the table next to us get the loaded fries and they looked amazing and were, again, gigantic. I will definitely be coming back here very soon and wish I had found it sooner. Great staff, great vibe and really really great food.

I ordered the beef sandwich dipped, cheese fries and an Old Style draft. Super quick service and the food was delicious. Great atmosphere (Chicago vibe), server was friendly and attentive. I hadn't found an Italian beef in Michigan that compared to the ones in Chicago, but this one is right there with the best in Chicago. Price was very reasonable, I think I caught Happy Hour. Needless to say, I'll be back. This is the perfect spot to stop before a White Caps game. I talked to the manager and the chef for awhile and both were very friendly and we discussed the food and the restaurant. Thanks for a great sandwich.

I've been a patron here to watch the Bears game during the season. Never mind that they didn't even have the sound on for the last Bears game, I also, on occasion, took part in open mic night. I went tonight at 730 and was gold, all of a sudden, that the place was closed. I really don't know whats going on with this joint but it really rubbed me the wrong way how unceremoniously I was tossed out when they are supposed to be open. I'm done with this place.

Stopped in for a late night meal and definitely enjoyed the experience! My wife being from South Chicago Heights has some very strong opinions about the quality of Italian Beef sandwiches. I will say that we will be returning! And the fries... come on! Knocked it out of the park. I recorded trying it for yourself.

Food is pretty good, but even when ordered dipped the beef is still often a bit dry.Could really use a faster takeout counter like most beef joints have. The only way to get takeout is to sit at the bar and wait 10-15 minutes for a sandwich.A little pricy, but not outrageous.Quite loud most of the time if you plan on dining in.
