Not going to bash the food, but I will comment on this. Went to this location. I seen a fresh hot pizza that just came out the oven and was told I couldn't have a slice of that. Basically take the old dry pizza in the window first. Nope. Very stupid

Had a Stromboli, who knows how long it was sitting in the window . They reheated it, the meat and cheese was still cold , the only thing that was warm was the outside of the Stromboli. Never again will I go to a Sbarro ever again . The quality has deteriorated over the years , it does not make a difference what location you go to it is all the same . Always disappointed

As much as I love the food here, the customer service really isn't that great... Yes it is in a mall, but every time I get my food for pick up, it's never ready, even when there's no one else waiting to get food. I know they can see my order before I get there, so it confuses me how every single time I order food from them it's never ready when I arrive.

Everything from service to atmosphere was terrible. The manager took an already opened and used drink out of our hands because of an error on the workers explanation on pricing of the food. Me and my husband got the marinara spaghetti and a small salad with a small drink. Coming to 29 dollars. The pasta had a half inch of oil coating it which was disgusting and on top of that I am vegetarian and there was a bone that looked like a part of a tooth that was also in my food. It was a meal that should have been less than a dollar. Way overpriced a waste of good money and would recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

Pizza was cut into 6 slices.. not sure why. Price is good, but it is very bland. Reminds me of a Dgiorno pizza without the flavor and was very doughy.

Did a pick up for several pizza pies for an office event. The online site is difficult to use and parking is not ideal since it is at a mall. The pizza was wx Ellenton, however and our office will order here again.
Website says closing at 6pm, arrived at 5:25pm and was told ovens were off and refused to make 2 pizzas for me and another customer also wanted whole pizzas and they were refused as well...bad

I love pizza, and why wouldn't I, cause I'm Italian. I originally tried Sbarro out of convenience and quick service. Pizza by the slice has always been really good. One visit I decided to take a chance at ordering the spaghetti. WOW... I WAS AMAZED!!! Then, I got more adventurous at my next visit and started adding their meatballs and I was SUPER IMPRESSED!! The sauce was OUTSTANDING AND LEGIT!! I mean Grandma herself couldn't have made this any more delicious, tasteful, and flavorful. Spaghetti and meatballs is now a "standard" every 2-3 weeks I visit. Toss in a few of the best ever breadsticks cteated on Earth and even someone who is a skeptic will become a TRUE BELIEVER! I even request for additional sauce to sop up with my breadsticks and the staff is always happy to ablige. I'm being 150% completely honest when I say my pallet, tastebuds, and that little vouce inside my head calls out "FORCING ME BACK" to Sbarro's for more spaghetti and meatballs every few weeks. Skip Cheescake Factory, Carrabba's, and even Olive Garden! In my travels for outstanding Spaghetti, Meatballs, superior sauce and breadsticks that knock your socks off...Sbarro's is my place of choice.

It’s been over a month since my bad visit and bad food experience and STILL no resolution for the money I spent on the bad food. The worst part is, customer service just gives me the run around. Beware if you try to eat here, they take your money and customer service and satisfaction doesn’t seem important at
