Who ever own this place should be a shame. The employees taking there sweet time so serve you, it’s like they do a favor to you. To get a pizza you will wait 10 min. Horrible!

I've been going there for the last 7 years. I have not found any Pizza yet to match that Pizza. I've eaten an Italian Pizza places. No good, I would recommend the pizza.I don't know about anything else

Not going to bash the food, but I will comment on this. Went to this location. I seen a fresh hot pizza that just came out the oven and was told I couldn't have a slice of that. Basically take the old dry pizza in the window first. Nope. Very stupid

Had a Stromboli, who knows how long it was sitting in the window . They reheated it, the meat and cheese was still cold , the only thing that was warm was the outside of the Stromboli. Never again will I go to a Sbarro ever again . The quality has deteriorated over the years , it does not make a difference what location you go to it is all the same . Always disappointed
As much as I love the food here, the customer service really isn't that great... Yes it is in a mall, but every time I get my food for pick up, it's never ready, even when there's no one else waiting to get food. I know they can see my order before I get there, so it confuses me how every single time I order food from them it's never ready when I arrive.

Everything from service to atmosphere was terrible. The manager took an already opened and used drink out of our hands because of an error on the workers explanation on pricing of the food. Me and my husband got the marinara spaghetti and a small salad with a small drink. Coming to 29 dollars. The pasta had a half inch of oil coating it which was disgusting and on top of that I am vegetarian and there was a bone that looked like a part of a tooth that was also in my food. It was a meal that should have been less than a dollar. Way overpriced a waste of good money and would recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

Pizza was cut into 6 slices.. not sure why. Price is good, but it is very bland. Reminds me of a Dgiorno pizza without the flavor and was very doughy.

Did a pick up for several pizza pies for an office event. The online site is difficult to use and parking is not ideal since it is at a mall. The pizza was wx Ellenton, however and our office will order here again.
