As much as I love the food here, the customer service really isn't that great... Yes it is in a mall, but every time I get my food for pick up, it's never ready, even when there's no one else waiting to get food. I know they can see my order before I get there, so it confuses me how every single time I order food from them it's never ready when I arrive.

Did a pick up for several pizza pies for an office event. The online site is difficult to use and parking is not ideal since it is at a mall. The pizza was wx Ellenton, however and our office will order here again.

I love pizza, and why wouldn't I, cause I'm Italian. I originally tried Sbarro out of convenience and quick service. Pizza by the slice has always been really good. One visit I decided to take a chance at ordering the spaghetti. WOW... I WAS AMAZED!!! Then, I got more adventurous at my next visit and started adding their meatballs and I was SUPER IMPRESSED!! The sauce was OUTSTANDING AND LEGIT!! I mean Grandma herself couldn't have made this any more delicious,...
