Visiting GR to go to the zoo. Never had scooters coffee. Worst Americano I have ever had. I took one sip and through it in the garbage. My wife got an iced americano which tasted like watered down vanilla/hazelnut flavor. No coffee taste whatsoever. Maybe they forgot to add the shot. A wasted $12!

This was an awesome Scooters. We need that after the hotel experience we had. The guy running the window showed impeccable customer service. Very friendly and attentive and there is NO doubt we got the extra 6 shots we ordered. He even knew his Scooters history.. which was interesting. 800 stores now.. wow!! With all the traveling we do, I bet we've been to most of them ? we are likely to patron 4-8 locations on trips like this one. Thanks guy.. ? Experiences like this is a reason why we will pass up 4 Starbucks to get to a Scooters.

I love Scooters coffee! The PB Crunch Coffee is amazing. I've never gotten food there, so I dunno about it. It's drive-thru ONLY. Cute, tiny lil spot and the staff is so friendly!

Recently went through the drive through and ordered a large peach and strawberry-vertigo smoothie, i received a heavy-base fruit duo smoothie... I am lactose, so i went back through and specified no ice cream base and to have the flavors blended together. Very friendly but still received an ice cream base smoothie… I was running late for work so i didn’t have time to go back a third time.
Supposed to open at 6am. Came by at 7:15. Waited 5 minutes at drive through. No service. There’s over 6 people in the building not doing anything. No other cars in drive through. Wouldn’t recommend. Terrible service. Not able to order.

I went through the drive thru. They didn't have half of the items that we wanted. Then we ordered mini donuts and a cake bite instead of the cookies. The mini donuts and the cake bite were frozen. I am not the type of person that does reviews but this was absolutely unacceptable. My son was so disappointed. We will not be coming back.
